Location, convenience, cleanliness, appointments, decor… everything was great!

Not an easy place to spend very hot afternoons given seating space.

People managing the facility are simply awesome. They were kind and helpful and made us feel at home. The apartment is cosy, well equipped and brand new. They also run the best restaurant in town (actually the best restaurant in the area) and the breakfast they served was excellent. Definitely worth a try. Competent and professional.

Nice and quiet apartment right next to the main square. Aircondition worked perfectly and the room was clean and modern. The room was cleaned each day, which we did not expect as it was an apartment. The apartment belongs to the owners of a restaurant a few meters away and it was easy to pick up the keys from here. This gave the benefit of an excellent breakfast each morning at the best restaurant in the city - the Alchemist on the main square. We could choose between a savoury or a sweet breakfast. We went with the savoury and were served fresh fruit, cereal, yoghurt, ham and cheese platters, eggs and bread. Couldn't have been happier with our stay and the help from the owners.

The apartment is situated right at the main square of town. A very spacious room, well decorated, super clean, and kept as new. In the room you'll find everything you need. Free parking just a minute walk. Breakfast at the owner's restaurante was also amazing and generous. Top quality for your money.

the style, ambience, furniture is classy. the apartment big, situated in the heart of montefalco, few steps from the main piazza del commune. the breakfast served in the restaurant 'alchimista was the best, we had in italy. christina is a great host. we had wonderful stay!

We fell in love with the town of Montefalco, all thanks to the hospitality and facilities of Aparthotel VICOLO FABBRI and the restaurant l’Alchimista. The loft was perfect, nice design, furniture and facilities. The dinner we had in l’Alchimista was a unforgettable experience. Thank you for the perfect birthday weekend!

Tthe only thing we regret is that we haven’t booked a longer stay :)
