Nice and clean apartment, comfortable for family with two kids. Kind and helpful hosts.

spacious rooms

Room was small but very comfy. Mini fridge empty but functional, so you can store your own things if you want. Breakfast was good, what would be expected from a buffet. There was an issue with the parking (described below) but thankfully the staff was very helpful and we worked out a solution.

If you want to park at the hotel, you may not find a space and you will be expected to pay for the spot. We didn’t find info about this nor were told beforehand, so check with reception first.

That the room was big and clean with all the facilities

The breakfast was poor. The fact that on reservation is said that you reserve a hotel room but there is only one building as a hotel the others are apartments. It was ok but that was the reason why i wanted an hotel not an apartment in a block of flats.

To be honest very little. It was clean and the staff were helpful and the breakfast offering was pretty good

We didn’t like the location, the room was very basic, the pillows are of very poor quality. Enough said

Location

The hotel is not worth the money. The bathroom door was broken - it couldn’t be fully closed. The sink was leaking to the floor. Also, the walls were dirty and the breakfast was poor. There was only 1 pair of slippers for 3 persons.

The staff and the owner were exceptionally kind and quick to respond to our every request. We had a problem with the room we were supposed to be staying in (the toilet seat was broken), alerted the front desk and were given a new room at once. The location was great for our needs, a walking distance from the central locations but not in the center itself. The hotel is located on a quiet street and has a few great restaurants nearby. WiFi is excellent, rooms are kept clean and tidy.

The room we were given was cold on the first night (I suppose because we had to change it and the room they gave us was not heated in advance) but it warmed up and was quite nice the next day and for the rest of our stay.

The owner of the hotel waited for us until 1.30 in the morning because the reception is not open during the night (maybe even in winter). Vlaho, thank you for your support. Everything was fine. Highly professional.

it’s problem with room temperature,needs too wait climate to work more time

in bathroom is probam with hot water every time you need too wait more of 5 minutes to start hot water

Everything was perfect, especially the location, will definitely stay there again!
