Located well, spacious, and well presented. view from balcony amazing.

The host met us, helped carry bags and set up our parking for our car. The space was beautiful, both in a historic building, but even more with patio views that were incredibly stunning. Beyond the wonderful space, the hosts were helpful with restaurant ideas, helped me do the Path of the Gods hike, and was just fun to chat with.

The house is spacious, good layout, very charming and comfortable. The yard is big with nice outdoor furniture and an amazing view of Positano town and harbor. The house has everything you need especially for extended stay (kitchen with nice size refrigerator, stove stop, microwave, washing machine…)The walk to town is beautiful from the house. David our host is fantastic with quick response to my emails and ready to help with whatever we need

The secondary bathroom could use a shower curtain. But I can see that would not be a problem for someone who like to soak in a bathtub

The place has lots of room in the bedroom, common areas and bathroom. It's clean and our host was very helpful!

Quite a hike to get to the place.

David was very helpful. For groceries, he recommended a great place that delivered to the house saving us having to lug it up. Also, he helped us arrange car service to and from Rome which was invaluable. Views from the property are great.

Accessibility is a bit challenging as it is not on the main road and you will need to do a fair bit of stair climbing. Same with Positano in general, get ready for a lot of uphill walking!

Amazing views from the (low down) porthole windows and generous patio with killer view. Very comfortable large bedrooms, very strong AC which was much needed. David gave us great local recommendations (go to the Fornillo Beach which is quieter, and better in my opinion). The apartment had beach towels, beach umbrella and some tea making facilities.

Lots of steps but no fault of theirs! Just an FYI, while David was amazing to organize a car valet to pick and drop off your car, but 2 days of parking was 160 Euro, ouch! The price you pay for convenience I guess.

We loved the fantastic location, the beautiful shaded patio and the exceptional view. Air conditioning was wonderful when needed. David and his father were so friendly and helpful.

we love Casa Giovanni, very nice place, has a real Italian character! beautiful view over Positano, romantic, breathtaking! the place located high up, 15-20 minutes walking down stairs . To get back to the villa, had to use a bus. However, we loved to stay there!

It was really nice to have a washer machine however the washer machine took a long time to finish a load.

David our host was very helpful and friendly, he helped schedule a car from Naples to Positano, he met us at the property with keys, helped us with bags and even had a nice bottle of wine for us.

We liked everything, everything was great, clean, cozy and friendly host. Thank you David for your hospitality, I would recommend this place if you want to visit Positano, the view of the terrace is spectacular, but I would say you need to know that everywhere in Positano you need to walk and go up and down many steps to get to the beach, your hotel or anywhere, so just FYI in case you have a disability or not into walking, maybe reconsider your destination, otherwise Positano is a must! food and people were wonderful.

Our host, David, was really helpful and genuine. He really made us feel welcome and went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The apartment was unique - spacious and with plenty of local charm. The views from the terrace were incredible.

Lots of stairs - but that's Positano. We had a rental car and David was kind enough to arrange with the valet to bring it to the bottom of the stairs when we needed it. I we were to return to Positano, we'd definitely stay here again.

The terrace was beautiful. The pictures do not do it justice. It was really big and there was always a place with shade and sun. The home had tons of character and was well decorated. The breeze was able to flow through the many windows including the super cute low round ones. There were 3 separate air conditioning units but we only used one in the bedroom for one hot night. It worked really well. The washing machine was great and there was an outdoor line for drying. We were met by David and he took us up to the Casa. He also showed us how to catch the bus. I would highly recommend Casa Giovanna.

Beautiful clean apartment with an incredible view. The apartment has much history & character. David was an amazing host! So friendly and helpful. We loved staying here and did not want to leave.
