The property was very clean, safe and reasonably quiet (other than some early morning construction noise). The personable and attentive professionalism of Sabrina and Daniela made a big difference.

Perhaps it would have been nice to have had two sets of keys per room. As we were a family traveling together, there were times we moved in different directions. Not a big deal but just a suggestion.

Location, staff, the apartment, Sabrina was so helpful, and made our stay very easy. Always on hand!

Communication with staff was great! They reached out asking when we planned to get to Positano and were there to welcome us with keys upon arrival. We got there before 3pm check in time but were able to leave our bags easily. The property was so nice! Huge room and bathroom, with second room that had couch, kitchen table, sink. So nice the fridge was stocked with water and a bottle of Prosecco for us to enjoy! Also have to mention the shower was amazing with huge overhead spout and 4 other sprays that felt luxurious. Also enjoyed the outdoor terrace with 2 loungers and a couch. The property communication again was very key for us. Our flight got cancelled at 7pm the night before our 9am flight and we had to scramble to rebook and rearrange travel plans to the airport. The private driver we booked was no longer available at new time and staff answered within minutes when I messaged them via WhatsApp at 10:30pm. They helped and contacted local taxi service they trusted and had it booked and secured for us by 7am the next morning...just as soon as they were able to contact them the next day. Great staff went a long way to making our vacation that much more enjoyable! This property is in the upper part of the town, but still SO many phenomenal restaurants all within minutes/right down the road. We also stumbled upon a couple very cute rooftop bars that were hidden treasure/not crowded due to going down stairs to get to other places - we may not have found them if we were not at this location. We loved our stay here and would recommend to anyone!

Location was great because we had truly amazing views, but it is a bit of a hike from main beach areas. I read about the stairs but they are no joke. My husband and I are early 30s and very active/exercise regularly and it was still a tough climb for us due to being upper part of the town. This is just an FYI though, we would still stay here again! If you stay anywhere higher than the main beach area you are going to have stairs - just nature of the beautiful town of Positano.
