Close to shuttle stop, 7-11 and cozy rooms. Staff were helpful and picked us up from the bus stop and would have dropped us off too at the end of our stay.

Not close to town so you have to take the shuttle or a taxi to get around.

There is a 7-eleven nearby, which is pretty convenient.

Iimori Station & Hakuba Station are both 25-minutes walk from the hotel, which is not too convenient but still ok. There are stains on the sofa in our room. The bidet in the toilet did not work properly. We stayed here in the autumn, and the kitchen was not open so we could not use the microwave.

Comfy beds and the crew drove us to our bus on the last day. They also let us keep our room until 5pm on the day of our check out. Much appreciated!

Very clean, cozy room with private bathroom! Dog Friendly!! Comfortable beds with ample storage underneath. Dry room, TV room, extra showers & free use of washer & dryer are in the basement. The host, Fu, is a plethora of information regarding where to ski & places to go sightseeing!

Short drive to various ski resorts. Great amenities (dry room, free washer & dryer use, a small TV room with a couch in the basement, the host has many suggestions for winter & summer activities). Attentive host when needed. Comfortable, cozy & incredibly clean rooms (under bed usage for placing suitcases & belongings in tight room). Lots of thought for COVID procedures (hand sanitizers, temperature check, sanitizer spray bottle to use on belongings if needed). Pet friendly! Free parking.

The location was the best, walk straight out the door and you have access to the busses that go straight to most ski hills as well as being right next door to a 7/11 for the late night/after slopes rice ball craving. The staff were super friendly and gave me a bowl so I could microwave my food every night. The traditional style bath was also amazing to come back to after a big day riding.

The staff were a little absent but when they were there they were amazing! The bus timetables could be a little clearer. Squeaky but incredibly comfortable beds!
