Location was perfect for us. Right on the edge of the Akamas National Park, a quiet area. Short walk to small fishing harbour and beach. 5 minute walk to good local restaurant (Sunset Family Taverna). The house itself exceeded our expectations. It felt more spacious than we were expecting which was a great bonus. Plenty of outdoor spaces. We made use of the Hot Tub and Sauna. The swimming pool was fairly cold but OK for cooling off after the sauna :) The host Sergios lives nearby and was very helpful - he left us plenty of wine in the fridge and a special local pastry on arrival. He also visited mid-week to clean the pool and hot tub etc. and brought us a delicious chocolate cake. There is a beautiful old olive tree in the garden that we sat under in the evening with a glass of wine. We would highly recommend this villa for families and small groups. My brother and family stayed in the villa next door - Akamas Lookout - that is also a fantastic house that we would highly recommend.

Nothing - all good. Would benefit from beach mats and cool box. Perhaps different pillows!

This was no doubt our best stay in Cyprus! The house is very cosy and well equipped. Big yard with mature trees (and of course the old olive tree which is huge and makes this place very special). Worth mentioning a central heating throughout the house and very good water pressure (important for Cyprus). We have used the pool, jacuzzi, sauna and barbecue area, everything was perfect. Sunset views from the balcony are just awesome! Warm welcoming from the great host who helped us with all our requests. Highly recommended, would definitely stay again!

Excellent villa in a quiet area with nice sea view. Used both the jacuzzi and the sauna which were in excellent condition. Nice BBQ area. The host prepared everything we asked for in advance (baby crib and an extra bed) as well as all the needed equipment for BBQ

There's not much to not like about this villa but if i were to choose 2 are that Kitchen needed a bit better lighting at night and the outdoors furniture on the pool area weren't that comfy.. I would definitely stay again though

The house has everything one can need, view, pool, jacuzzi, barbecue, garden. Sergio is a great host and made sure everything was perfect

It is a bit far from the beach, but with a car, this is no problem
