Schönes Appartement, schöner Blick von der Terrasse, gute Lage, Waschmaschine:)

Schlechter Service, keine persönliche Übergabe und Einweisung, Bedienung der Klimaanlage, WLAN nicht leicht zu verstehen, Bettwäsche vom Vormieter mussten wir selbst vom Wäscheständer abhängen und beziehen

It is located very close to the coral bay beach. (only 10-15 minutes on foot) There are nice bars and restaurants around. The terrace and the view from it is great. The apartment and the neighborhood is quiet, perfect for a good rest.

The doors squeak when you open/close them, which is really inconvinient during the nights. The airconditioner and the water heating is connected to a time switcher and the longest option is two hours and even if you just want to use the fan mode of the air conditioning, you cannot do that for the whole night, it turns off after two hours. Good luck during the hot periods. There is no microwave in the kitchen. There was no light in the bedroom. And last but not least, the wifi went down very often.

Perfectly located apartment, very close to all amenities (literally a 5 minute walk away) but in a peaceful area away from all the hustle and bustle of Coral Bay high street. The private sun terrace was so lovely, we didn’t really move very far away from it. Really well equipped, including the provision of sun lounger towels, which was a lovely surprise, and spotlessly clean.

The loungers on the sun terrace are a little bit ‘tired’ and a touch uncomfortable after a while so could do with replacing. The only other complaint I had was that some of the lightbulbs needed replacing but in spite of reporting it to the owner, they weren’t changed during our stay.

Lovely sea view from the balcony. The apartment size was good for the 2 of us and the location meant we were in walking distance of cafes, restaurants and shops.

Some things are getting a bit shabby e.g. the insect netting, and some of the furniture, so maybe a little upgrade could be useful, but we were satisfied overall.

Really nice little apartment that has everything you need for the perfect holiday. There's a fully functioning kitchen, in case you're up for cooking and in case you're not, there are plenty of restaurants within 6-7 min walking distance. The best thing about this property is the terrace and the sea view!!!

Very few minor things that need to be repaired to make this apartment the perfect place to stay at, like the shower holder in the bathroom and one of the chairs on the terrace.

Easy to reach, strategic location, convenient both for exploring the most important places in Cyprus, and for connections to and from the airport and ports, with the nightlife just a stone's throw away, plus there is the advantage, not insignificant, of the free parking just below the house (nearby also supermarket and services) .. delightful sea view, special for breakfast and dinner (but a little warm in the afternoon) .. spacious and well equipped interiors .. quiet and relaxing surrounding atmosphere .. a nice energy overall .. professional and helpful staff .. in short, a nice surprise

Only small details to take care of

Quiet place, close to restaurants, beautiful view from the large terrace, nice sitting on the terrace. Coral bay beach within walking distance. Parking in front of the house. Fast and reliable WI-FI. Philippos supermarket offers free home delivery and is a 10-15 minute walk away. Lilian provided us with an extra blanket. All was OK. Well equipped kitchen with washing machine.

Everything was OK. We were very satisfied.

We liked location of the appartement in the nice garden, beautifull view from the property, big balcony, nice swimming pool, walking distance to the beach and well equipped kitchen.

Despite the fact that we paid for 3 poeple, the appartement was prepared only for 2 poeple. In addition, there were not any towels. We called the host, she arrived in the evening with bedlines and towels, the day after she brought a bed (not very comfortable).
