The lock of my room was broken and it was not possible to lock I woke up from a loud high noise going on for 2 hours in the middle of the night from their machine that’s supposed to disturb animals The avocado salat was just a single avocado and for that quite expensive

Worst experience of my tour in Uganda. All other location were so good but this property completely spoiled our tour. Staff is not at all friendly. Food charges are very high with no less quantity. Basic facilities like fan & bathroom items are not provided. Even after explaining the issues to staff, they didn't bother to show minute effort to improve themselves. I would not recommend any of friends to stay at this location.

There were 3 of us and instead of 3 towels, they accidentally provided 2 towels and a bath mat. But we did fine. No worries Difficult to connect via phone for street address. Maybe ass to website? For directions from a Boda-Boda 👍🏽

I like the cool temperature rooms, simple yet comfortable. Relatively quiet place. Not too far from the beaches despite not being walkable distance.

Didn't like the fact that the sockets next to the bed didn't work. The hot water sometimes ran out fast. The wifi is too slow and the connection goes on and off.

The staff was so kind and friendly.I was feeling like at home.The first 2 days there was almost no internet, but then improvements were made and the internet was very good, even in the rooms.The food was also delicious.

The food was sometimes very late.

Breakfast was fine but needs to be improved for people who wheat lovers.

Kitchen might have been under-staffed with all tables full. Our order took over an hour. Food is ok. Pizzas were great!

Everything went well with check in and out. Facilities are nice and people are friendly. Room was clean and grounds are well maintained.

Internet could have been better. Wifi was limited to one area and that did not include my room.
