the private courtyard, pool was refreshing and water temp great, the bathroom was huge, the lighting was great, room service was very quick, shade in courtyard was really good when sitting out there housekeeping was excellent

the pathway from room to our private pool was uneven. needs levelling. not a huge problem for us but for an older couple could cause a fall(shinta villa)

it was lovely and relaxing, staff were always polite

we didn’t receive our drink upon arrival and I didn’t know how to arrange our transfer when we arrived at Bali so had to pay for a taxi this wouldn’t stop us going back though

We had airport transfers included but nobody was at the airport on arrival. Problem with payment on arrival. 3 different cards were declined which never happens. At 1.30am we were kind of stuck. i offered to transfer money to an account, pay using ewallet or pay cash for the full stay in Malaysian Ringgit. initially that wasn’t agreed to but when we gave them the full amount in ringgit as a deposit, we got accepted thank god!
