Perfect location in bellagio, right in the centre of the main square. 2 bedrooms, 2 balcony’s. Lovely and clean, airy and spacious, comfy double bed. Balcony was a highlight with amazing views day and night, and furniture on the balcony was an added luxury for a glass of wine at night with them views. Friendly host, good parking spot.

- Parking slightly away from the accommodation - no bother for us but may be difficult for some travellers - accommodation on 3rd floor with no lift, may be difficult for some travellers, but no bother for us.

Great apartment with good views in a great location. We had an issue with the toilet and they came and fixed it immediately!

Very easy to get to with your luggage via the roadway. It was closer to the ferry port than we realised.

You do have to go upstairs to get to the apartment but Luana was there to help us get the luggage up the stairwell.

Great host, Luana was very reliable, helped us with the transit permit and she also went above and beyond and provided a garage for our car. The flat is great, incredibly well located and very spacious. Will surely come back again Thank you

Where to start! Location and view of the beautiful lake, comfort of my bed, Luana was so lovely and accommodating. Sitting in the balcony every morning and evening, so peaceful, wish I was still there!

We didn't have breakfast included, but a coffee shop was very close and met our needs.

We wish it had been explained that it was on the 4th level off the street and had no elevator.

We had an amazing stay here. I stayed with my mum and sister and it was perfect. You cannot ask for a better location, close to EVERYTHING, photos don’t do the view justice. Silvia was fantastic, flexible on our check in and check out times and came over to help us when we couldn’t work out how to turn on the heating. Comfortable beds, hot shower, great kitchen, very clean! Will definitely stay again.

The shower towels are a little small, but that is the only thing that wasn’t perfect!

The apartment its amazing. Nice, and quite, in the city center of Bellagio. The apartament has everything you need. Very comfortable beds. Perfect vibe for a trip to Bellagio. You can see the lake from the balconies and the church. Big rooms and big balconies. Silvia was very nice.

The property was very centrally located, clean, and with fully equipped. The host Ms Silvia was very very helpful. When we left the apartment on our way to the rail station, we noticed that there was a strike and there were no taxis available. We panicked and called Ms Silvia. Although our holiday in her apartment was over, she helped us with a transport to arrive to the airport on time. She was great.

The apartment was on the third floor with no lift, but it served us to loose some calories :)

The location is excellent in the centre of town. Parking is a real bonus as there is not much parking in Bellagio. Plenty of space, lovely views, charming musical church bells and lots of cafes and shops nearby. Highly recommend.

The stairs were good practice for walking around Bellagio!
