Great location with great facilities

It's was great place to stay for the night, in center of town, had fun night going oir for dinner. Rey was super flexible on breakfast and we had great time in patio in morning. Would stay again on next trip. Noe see if there is some kiting today.

The house is immaculate well presented and in a prime location, if you want the town on your door step. The beach is easily reached and parking is not a problem.

The price for the room with terrace was a little expensive for the room alone - we were under the impression the room came with the hot tub for sole use - that is not the case - the hot tub is identified in the room description and not on any other room - a cleaver play on words :-( considering our room was priced as nearly double the other rooms - did not matter in the end as we were the only occupants during the first nights stay and were able to use the hot tub in peace.

The house is modern and well equipped, it is really luxurious (not only in the name). It is located 1 min walk from the restaurants and commerce of Alvor, but still in a less noisy street. The rooftop with a jacuzzi is a fantastic bonus which was highly appreciated. Tatsiana was an excellent host, a very kind person and prepared a great breakfast.

The rooms on the ground floor are a bit small. If you need space, book the bigger rooms which have more space and private bathrooms. Other than that everything was perfect.

This was my second time to stay in The Birds Nest and won't be my last! Perfect location close to everything in Alvor yet still quiet at night time. 2 minutes walk to all the bars and restaurants. The villa is stunning and ideal for a large group. The many terraces are amazing, particularly the roof with BBQ and hot tub! Rey could not have been more helpful and accommodating to requests.

Hosts could not do enough for you. It lived up to its pictures and description. Very handy for all amenities
