Messy, dirty, unpleasant staff, trash on parking spot

New and clean apartment. Close to a shopping mall. Big balcony. Good and various appliances . Good parking place for additional cost

Somehow noisy due to road next to the building. Not comfortable bathroom: no soap and shampoo, no place for towels, broken door. Wifi wasn't stable.

Stay multiple times at Kazou apartments and always it was all 100% ok, but this time room was so hot that it was even hard to feel a sleep. And the windows are to the main street with trams, so if you sleep with open windows you get awake with first trums at 5am

Location, parking.

It is not like in photos, there wasn't soap and etc. in bathroom, heating is not working (for towels). And there was construction of the house, in the room was dark because of tent on the balcony and so on... we were disappointed.

We liked everything, location and that flat was clean and cozy.

A modern and clean apartment. There is also a shopping mall 5 minutes walk, which was really convenient. It's also close to the tram stop.

The description in the booking was different from the reality. First, the manager didn't send any instructions beforehand where exactly to go, so when we got to the destination address in the evening (it was getting dark), the manager could not tell properly where to go to the office, the building was big and had a lot of facilities so we had really hard time to find the office in the darkness. Second, although the apartment was clean and well furnished, there were only two small blankets for 4 people, there were not also face towels, the detergent for the washing machine, shower gel etc. (Although they were in the description in the booking). And even after telling the manager next day, we didn't get anything from the list. And finally, the check out time described in the booking (9 to 12) was not correct. As far as it was Saturday, they were opening at 12! No one even cares there that the travelers might have their own schedule, tickets etc. Only after trying to contact at least someone from the office, using phone, email, booking messenger and standing in front of the closed office, we got the reply that we had time till 12!!! It seems that in this company their own convenience goes first, and then the travelers'. Finally after nervous message exchange we were told that the supervisor would come. Only thanks to the supervisor, who came quickly and settled all the questions about the deposit and check out, we managed to get to the airport on time.

It's good to have 2-3 tea bags.

In room there should be more blankets. It was not enough for 4persons.

Everything was very clean and modern and was pretty close to the city center. I would love to stay here again if I’m ever back in Warsaw again

-The location is very good, close to Metro station, trams and Arkadia Shopping Mall. -The flat itself is new, modern with a good bathtub, balcony and a comfortable bed. -A lot of storage space if that is what you need. -The lady working at the reception was very nice, responsive and helpful.

Unfortunately quite a bit. - The flat didn't correspond with pictures from booking.com and it was much smaller. - even though I specifically used 'bathtub' as a filter while searching for accommodation I was informed after booking that bathtub was not available in the flat I booked and they kindly moved me somewhere that had a bathtub (?) - after making a booking I found out there is a deposit of 1000PLN I am still waiting to receive back - Although many amenities were listed on the page I had to specifically ask for them - iron, kettle, hairdryer. The kitchen was well prepared but missed crucial items - despite there being a full set of forks and spoons there were no knives, or, fully working oven but no oven mitts (got a burn on my hand from trying to improvise). - no cleaning products, broom or a mop, and given it was winter and snowing there was a lot of mud and dirt in the flat I couldn't clean.
