Casa espaçosa, agradável, com espaço exterior simpático para banhos de sol e refeições ao ar livre.
A localização é muito boa, a poucos minutos das praias de Sagres, de vários restaurantes e todo o tipo de serviços.
A banheira de hidromassagem não funciona! E pelo que dá para perceber, estará assim desde há muito tempo!! Não devia ser publicitada nas comodidades disponíveis na casa.

Sadly the owner of the property has an inadequate booking system resulting my family and I suffering the consequences.
We booked a 3 bed (T3) villa with a garden and what looked like according to the pictures a large front room.
However, upon arrival we were met and introduced to a 2 bed apartment.
The shower in the master bedroom had varying pressure and the sofas (which converted into beds) were of questionable quality.
The owner, nor the person who handed the keys over bothered to inform us beforehand of the mix up. I had to ring the property owner before they conceded any error and was offered €44.5 refund.
I paid €500 (€250 per night) for two nights and the offer of less than 10% was insulting to say the least, when equivalent T2’s were available for on average €180 p/n at the time of booking.
booking.com should immediately sever ties with this owner to prevent further families and holiday goers from this type of treatment

Large living room and a small garden as well as good air conditioning. Restaurants and supermarkets are nearby.
The house is not used privately by the owner and it shows. Knifes were only good for butchering tomatoes, there was only a very limited supply of kitchen supplies (spices, oil, etc.) that every tourist would appreciate to have and replace when finished.

The place in it self is nice and spacious, but its in a very degraded state. The person managing the property was very responsive and tried her best to assist us, but could not solve all the issues with the house
We had to clean the fridge when we arrived, it was dirty. The hoven didnt work, microwave (a new microwave was provided) as well and the dishwasher broke down 2 days in of our stay, and it was not replaced while we were there. Several lights in the house were not working... It was frustrating... not worth the price given all the problems we faced during our stay.

The furniture was second rate and beds were very uncomfortable. There were leaks and the kitchen was not well stocked. We could have used beach towels and more attention in general. nice host and response time.

Nice stay in the city center of Sagres. You can walk everywhere in 5-10 minutes. To the beaches, supermarket, coffee shops, bakery or restaurants. Quiet neighborhood, nice house with a lot of space, small garden to relax.
Everything was super, but sometimes the sewer pipes were smelling. Mainly in the kitchen, but also sometimes in the bathrooms as well.
The TV was a bit too small and no HIFI system in the house. This would make a longer stay even more comfortable.

We loved the location, you can walk everywhere and if surf is good in mareta its really close to walk to.
The space in spacious (living room, dining room) the master is a little big compared to the other rooms)
The shower handles were broken, and sinks were clogged when we arrived. Additionally there was a disgusting foul egg smell every day in the bathrooms.
Cleaning personnel was using the house’s basement, so they were there smoking in the front entry way- that was irritating.
Moreover, all mattresses were terrible except for one in the small bedroom.
Windows werent sealed or broken because when it hailed it came through the ceiling.
We managed by not being home too much and trying to get in touch with property management. Unfortunately they didnt resolve any of the issues.
Unfortunately we cannot recommend the place and we come to Sagres twice a year.
The other houses might be different but Nr 5 wasnt great!

The host who give us the keys was not friendly, TV was the size of a laptop. The beds are not confortable!
