Nothing the location was not reachable the hotel was not up to the mark.

Location was off track AC was not working no proper breakfast lights go off often not at all comfortable. The staff was not at all cooperative they were not listening to the complaint. Not value for money

I am unsatisfied with the room provided to me. As per my online booking, I was supposed to be allocated the king-size room with a sofa chair and other anemities, whereas hotel provided me with the basic room with king bed and didn't have a sofa chair. It is not as per the picture provided and very small in size. Complete fraud. I even escalated it to the management, but they simply said that what's on the ad doesn't necessarily have to be the same. Completely unsatisfied.

Everything is good only as per locals it is very far from the main town and hence connectivity is an issue. You always have to hire the hotel cab. There is no shop or restaurant around.

location mentioned on booking .com is wrong . places of interest like ghats and kashi Vishwnath mandir are too far and not 4.6 km . better to book Taj at Rs 10000 and save money on taxi . I paid for a premium room for Rs 6800 and paid 6000 on taxi . we requested for substitute of breakfast to dinner . and dinner served was not good quality and quantity . only thing good was Sweet Lassi . manager of hotels calls me a day before only to get confirmation and told me to book for Mangla Arti amd cruise . Mangla Arti online booking gets closed week before .

Too much trafiic and bad roads to reach the property.

The hotel rooms are spacious and there is a good number of cabs always ready to take you to various parts of the town.the hotel staffs are helpful and keep the hotel rooms clean .

The location of the hotel, you can not walk to any nearby areas. The swimming pool is closed for the whole 4 days we stayed which is not good. Also the breakfast buffet spread was monotonous and same.

The hotel was really good. The staffs were courteous and the location was also extremely accessible. The beds were comfy and rooms were spacious. Enjoyed our stay.

Working swimming pool would have been great.
