Location is great for all the national buildings. Great little cafes nearby. A good size kitchen.

Spacious, comfortable and modern. Very clean.

Sliding door to ensuite was a bit hard to open and close.

the apartment was a bit ‘tired’- lights that didn’t work, and a few things like shower shelf was broken and not replaced and a dripping laundry tap

Loved this little apartment. The whole building was very quiet. Fantastic location for easy access to Canberra’s sites and also public transport. The apartment has clearly been refurbished and looks amazing.

I didn’t realise it was a four story walk up. I recommend taking smaller bags instead of the one giant one I took.

Flight of stairs not good for disabled people.

Staff went over and above to accommodate my requests. Great apartment, plenty of space. Easy collection of keys and late check in available.

The wifi wasn’t functioning properly.

Location was fantastic for what we needed. Everything needed was in the the unit.

2 secure parking spaces. It was great to be able to pickup the keys after hours.

Single bed in the 3rd room was very uncomfortable

(1) Toilet showers were very dated (2) Apartment carpet deserves much more cleaning (3) Beds were absolutely hopeless (4) Temperature outside was -3 Degree C, and every bedroom does not have any kind of Aircon/Heating arrangement except for living area (5) No lifts at the facility; so we travelled to third floor with heavy bags (6) Car park is not meant for anything more than hatch (tiniest possible car park) (6) Return box was full of papers, which made it extremely difficult to handover keys back (7) Facility/Hotel/Guest Managers operates incognito and does not even check or have any kind of courtesy for the guest service point of view (8) Unknown location of garbage chute, while access key to garbage chute was given (so all the best searching for garbage chute; otherwise get additional charges for garbage disposal after you leave)
