The lady of the breakfast service was lovely. The owner was fully at your service.When the airco was not working, he immediately came with a (mobile) solution.

Warm airco was out of order. The walls are quite thin. It’s easily noisy. The remote control of the (excellent) tv was not clean. Interior is old fashioned. There was an empty plastic shampoo bottle left in the bathroom - from a previous client,

The room was clean and comfortable for one night stay to rest after long drive before we continue our journey. the breakfast was okay

I read that there is parking available outside but we arrived at night and there was no parking available and we were tired. the guy in the reception said they said in their information that there is no parking Which I saw later hidden anyway he showed us on the map a pay parking in the area where we parked our car and walked to the hotel about 6 to 7 min. walking

location right on edge of Old Town and right on main road. parking available and easy (meters). staff are wonderful and helpful. Castelo, Convent, Aqueduct, and Fátima are exquisite sites to visit. highly recommend this property for your stay in Tomar.

drain in the shower could use a cleaning as water backed up.

The bed was very comfortable, and despite having a room facing the busy street, it was pretty quiet at night. The proprietor and staff were very welcoming and helpful. it is a big rambling place with charm!

The bathroom was small and the shower was in a tiny bathtub. It was fine for me but a bigger person might have difficulty. And it’s possible that other rooms have larger facilities.

The room has the vibe of the aged European buildings. Great staff. Excellent location. Perfect for a one-night stay.

The staff was friendly and attentive. The hotel was right next to a big park. The windows are sound proof, which made the noises outside no problem.

The building and furniture clearly was very old, the decor could use some renovation. The matress was nice but the bed was very old. Our airconditioning was working (thankfully!) but leaked inside. The breakfast is a bit expensive for what it is.

Bed was comfortable, room was clean and had en suite. View towards to park was beautiful, though there was a busy street in front of the hotel, which might disturb those with sleeping problems. For me no problem. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast with extra cost was good enough to keep me going for hours.

Close to lots of restaurants and historic sights.

No elevator but the staff offered to carry my bag up the stairs to my room. Very nice of him.

Very clean room, quiet neighborhood, excellent location (right by the beautiful park and river!) and pleasant staff.

The facilities were a bit older than what i was expecting.
