The instructions was clear, the room matched the pictures and the description. The host was helpful and polite. We had a very good stay!

اللي معه سيارة متعب لا يوجد موقف لانزال الحقائب شارع لمرور السيارات ولا تمر الا سيارة واحدة ومعرفه المكان فيه صعوبه تواصل معهم وتس اب واطلب منهم اذا معك سيارة يكون ينتظرك امام الشقه بالخارجي لانزال الشناط والله يعينك لين تروح للمواقف تبعد 5 دقائق على الاقدام بس انت بمنطقة اذا عديت الشقه علشان ترجع للموقع 20 دقيقه للعوده لنفس المكان

Location in Milan was brilliant. Walking distance to Duomo and many other attractions. Right in the heart of the shopping district and mini mart and pharmacy close by.

Excelente ubicación a pocas cuadras del Duomo. Edificio con vigilancia durante el día y ascensor. El apartamento es muy amplio, cómodo y estaba muy limpio. Nos dejaron cápsulas de café, agua y Coca Colas de bienvenida.

Cuenta con lavadora pero le faltaría una secadora para poder lavar la ropa y secarla, ya necesitamos realizar dos lavados durante nuestra estancia pero ropa como los jeans, hoodies etc son muy difíciles de secar.

The best place to stay in Milan, I will for sure come back to this hotel and recommend it to my friends and family members who would like to visit Milano Location: Very close to Duomo and to all top spots in Milan. Service : perfect. The check in was very easy and we were well informed about how to check in. The staff was very nice helpful. Facility: you will find all what you need. you can make food, coffee, Tea, snack water. There were water, coffe capsels, Tea and bescuites for free. Cleaning : was very clean.

The Noise from the outside and this understanable becuase it is located in the city center.

Het is een hele mooie accommodatie! We waren met een vriendengroep van zes personen. Het appartement is lekker ruim en de twee badkamers zijn geweldig. De werknemers zijn ook super behulpzaam. Echt een aanrader!

First , the staff were very professional since we made the booking and the airport transfer was amazing , but when arrived that was the golden part as the apartment was super equipped and the entrance of the building was amazing plus the good manners of all of the staff made it like home .. so thank you and we appreciate all of what you're doing there .

Fantastic location on the main high street and close to the Duomo and lots of public transportation. Huge apartment, clean, and safe location. Washing machine and two bathrooms. Great kitchen with nice appliances. Elevator/lift to the apartment. Easy to reach the hosts via WhatsApp. They provided great restaurant recommendations. The coffee was delicious. Would have been even better if basic cooking supplies like salt and pepper were provided.

Ficámos hospedados num dos apartamentos da Heart Milan Apartments, na Piazza Santo Stefano 6 (4ºAndar - Noire), que não nos pareceu mais que um quarto de grande dimensão com uma estreita kitchenette, cuja única valência a destacar é a sua boa localização. Estava limpo, como expectável, e continha equipamentos, todos eles básicos em termos qualidade e funcionalidade (à exceção de uma televisão que proporcionou momentos de agradável descontração) que proporcionaram um conforto aceitável. A cabine de duche tem uma dimensão confortável. A qualidade do Wi-Fi é muito boa e tem bastantes tomadas elétricas bem distribuídas. Os anfitriões demonstraram-se sempre muito atentos e disponíveis ao longo de toda a estadia e a funcionária da limpeza também foi muito simpática e prestável.

A primeira impressão deste alojamento foi a sua fraca relação qualidade preço, e de nos termos deixado iludir por fotografias de outros apartamentos do mesmo promotor. À chegada a Milão apercebemo-nos que, para aceder de carro ao denominado apartamento, tínhamos que entrar numa Zona de Tráfego Limitado (sim, devíamos ter feito o trabalho de casa, mas seria apreciado que os anfitriões tivessem mencionado esse importante detalhe nas informações do Booking, ou nos contactos posteriores, tal como mencionam a taxa turística da cidade) o que, só por si, provoca grandes constrangimentos e pode originar pesadas multas! Já dentro do alojamento (o sistema de check-in é exclusivamente por via digital e não é propriamente simples) foi muito desconfortável não conseguir dormir adequadamente quase todas as noites devido aos constantes ruídos que chegam do exterior (sirenes frequentes, carros a apitar, máquinas de limpeza das ruas, elétricos sobre ruidosos carris que passam constantemente desde as 5 da madrugada, etc…). O sistema de aquecimento não é muito eficaz. Fomos para a cama com o quarto agradavelmente quente e levantámo-nos com o quarto desagradavelmente frio porque o sistema se desliga automaticamente. A denominada cozinha é um espaço tão estreito que não é possível circular com a porta de um armário aberta (se tiver mais de 120kg não sei se conseguirá sequer entrar). Não tem máquina de lavar roupa, ao contrário do mencionado na descrição do Booking. Todo o espaço em si apresenta uma manutenção descuidada. O sistema de fecho automático da porta não funciona.
