the location was great, its right by the sea. Some of the staff was really nice.

The staff was rigid, wouldn’t pack my breakfast for me or even provide packaging so I could pack for myself and yet I had an early flight, Couldn’t charge my dinner on my room since I forgot my card in my room, they had to send me up to get my card so I could pay, Many things like, shower caps, comb etc were out of stock. The food wasn’t diverse there wasn’t a lot if choices.

I book Non-smoking but my room has bad smell and smell of smoke. As genius I've booked room with upgrade to ocean view but the hotel said that upgrade is upto available and all ocean view room are occupied. So even it said that you got upgraded but it's not a gaurantee just option!

Ac was messed up and there where rats in the ceiling board. Room wasn’t used in a long time strange smell and all causing me to get a terrible cold till now.

This was my second time visiting this hotel. What I like about this hotel is the sheets and rooms are always clean. In this last trip we had a small miscommunication with the front office but the reservations manager handled the situation for me, very professionally, Thank you Sarah.

Happy staff always a welcoming smile and a hello . We had a lovely sea view from our balcony.. Our room was kept beautifully clean. it was very comfortable. Breakfasts were excellent and we loved the paintings especially in the dining area! We observed plentiful crows flying from tree to tree . No seagulls at all!! Africans playing team games in the distance - about 30 of them . Having so much fun . Cart wheels, sprints , football .

We loved the property but we spent almost an hour locked outside on the balcony of our 3rd floor room after inadvertently shutting the glass door in the “up”lock position! it was difficult to get attention but we were grateful to the member of staff who picked up the SOS note that we dropped. We were also very aware that the door to our room was double locked. Eventually we heard loud banging and the hotel security staff appeared. I understand that this will be addressed (with warnings to be displayed on all balcony doors).

Breakfast was good some bacon would be great, lunch and dinner not much option. May be change of menu would be great.

safe and secure, amazing view and phenomenal experience

reception staff just some with bad attitude which was a complete put off. it’s clearly lack of great depth training on customer care. nevertheless kitchen and bar staff(JOEL) was amazing and very kind and made us just forget about the rest.
