The room was excellent, however the extra bed mattress wasn't comfortable. Infact caused body pain. Breakfast was amazing, we had so much variety and options all 5 days. The hotel in general is very clean and best location too.

slow but pleasant check in..lovely staff. very clean room with amenities. well cared for. comfortable bed
.a noisy, and dangerous leak from the demoing when it rains.. considering I was onnthe 10th floor and it wasn't rain coming through the window I worries about the structural integrity of the building.. it was not a new hole. breakfast for a roo. of $ in Dar, was underwhelming..better pastries and menus are available. it would have several more $ if not for my genius level. no harbour view though my colleague was upgraded to one

Its average hotel view was nice,can see dar port.
Well the first day in room fridge was leaking water was everywhere,hotel issue just 1 key when ask for 2 key was told they don’t have enough keys so come later when some guest checkout they may have spare keys,shower was slow don’t have enough power so I complained and the housekeeper told my wife to use vacant room shower,was told my housekeepers that they will fix shower so later when I ask reception is shower fix he said no so next day housekeepers told me shower is fixed and is running like fountain but unfortunately it was same slow shower so it’s seem some body was lying to us.the other thing is the hotel have different lift some from ground floor to 11 if you want 12 floors then you need to take different lift they also have staff lift, very confusing lifts anyway,if you use hotel car park then with heavy luggage then you need carry down stairs before you reach lift it was nightmare luckily taxi help us out.breakfast was everage not best.I don’t think I will ever book some hotel again after all the terrible experience.

Modern and extremely clean, very courteous staff, very nice suites with AC and amazing views on the harbour. Very comfortable beds and powerful hot showers. We also liked the gym and the refreshing pool. Very convenient location to explore the historical town by foot. Central and close to many shops and restaurants, and to the ferry crossing to Zanzibar & airport. We recommend!

Frank the Manager resolved our issues and made sure our stay was comfortable. Mr Hemant and Mr Hemed were very helpful. Receptionists Freda and Jackie were efficient and friendly Msafiri the shuttle driver was great at maneuvering the roads and getting us to the airport on time!

Location was great for us . Clean rooms and lobby. Staff v helpfull and attentive
V uncomfortable bed.2 adults but only 1 cup, plate, cutlery etc in the room. Not what you expect when the booking is for 2 people and in a city central hotel.

Very spacious rooms, fridge and kettle to make tea. Staff is very friendly and sweet. I could delay my check out time and leave a piece of luggage in storage. Feeling very good in this hotel arriving there and during stay. All is very professional.
There s a ventilation noise in both rooms I booked which disturbed me at night for sleeping…

the hotel gave me a bad room, the room is empty a long long time. so I had to update the room. Even the room leaked water when outside is raining.

Rooms were huge and bed was comfortable. Whatever was needed was available, and staff very helpful. We had a problem with aircon and it was attended to immediately, and when it couldnt be solved quickly, we were given another room. Very clean
There was full breakfast on offer, but for me, the layout wasnt very appealing. Also the hotel layout can be a bit confusing
