We loved this beautiful apartment, very traditional, spacious and amazing views from the roof terrace.

The property is very comfortable , clean and beautiful. It has a nice kitchen and the host Margarita is very nice

Margherita was a fantastic and warm host who went far beyond, helping us call a cab and even drawing us a map of her personal highlights of Pompeii. The breakfast and the espresso machine were lovely. This high-ceiling apartment felt very grand, and that doesn’t even factor in having breakfast or apertivo on the rooftop terrace overlooking the Bay of Naples. Everyone in Seiano seemed happy to see us, with the church bells chiming the half hours and the birds squawking at daybreak. We went almost everywhere on the Circumvesuviana. We were very active, going to Pompeii and Herculaneum, but if you’re looking for a peaceful place to do nothing slowly, that’s also on offer.
Air conditioner struggled a little. It was OK, but a little warm.

amazing super genuine apartment, very typical of Italy and the town was well located, the decoration was great of the house. the terrazza is great !!!!

The accommodation was beautifully furnished, new bathroom and large terrace, on a quiet traditional courtyard. Much larger than we'd expected from the listing. A short walk to the train station (though the pavement is narrow at times). Local shop and restaurants were very good, also the public beach at Seiano, and all felt far off the tourist track. The icecream shop in town was a great recommendation by the host.
Bit far to visit the Amalfi coast easily without a car, but very easy to visit Pompeii and Sorrento

Margherita was a wonderful host. The apartment is beautiful, very elegant with high ceilings and balcony windows. Very modern bathroom. The highlight is the terrace with an amazing view of Vesuvius. We loved our stay and would recommend this apartment to everyone.
Nothing.

Location was excellent. Immersed in the small village life. had cofee with locals. The local church bells rings quite often, but I got quickly acquainted with it and I regulated the beat for daily activities like the locals.
Honestly nothing bothered. Even the 100 yards to get to the Apartment were initially an issue, but I realized that how it is here, you have to walk pass few doors, balconies and windows of the neighbors, hear them chatting, enjoy their pleasant cooking smells and hear them chatting quitely. Amazing small village experience. Every one was so polite and smiling.

Our hosts were very kind. The apartment was nicely renovated, big and clean. It was well equipped. There is a terrace on the roof of the house with a view of the Bay of Naples. There was cold water in the fridge, which was very good in the 38 degrees. We received coffee, tea, fruit, jam, and juice. The station, restaurant and grocery store were close by. The car was parked in a garage. I had very lucky, because there were 2 cm left to close the garage door. My car is 498cm long. I recommend to everyone.
The beach is not suitable for swimming, but this is independent of the apartment.

the hosts are extremely nice people.
and this is the main thing I want to emphasize
We were able to speak English without any problem.
The location close to the railway station makes it very easy to travel to other places in the region
I wouldn't change anything

The apartment is very spacious. It is in a very nice location, beautiful but not too touristic. There are very good restaurants and shops nearby. The terrace (as seen in the photos) is truly gorgeous. Margherita is very friendly and always available, gave us several very useful tips. She also offered us a tour of Pompeii, which we can definitely recommend.
All in all, a great place to stay to relax, and to visit Pompeii and the Amalfi coast.
The apartment felt slightly damp and chilly -- perhaps it was the season (mid April).

Margherita and her son are the sweetest, making our stay so much more comfortable and fun.
The place is huge for 3 of us, me and my two sisters, and the terrace is such a nice place to chill out and sunset watching. We enjoyed every minute of our stay in the house, it’s clean, comfortable, quiet, and lovely.
Would absolutely go back to stay next time when we are in town.
Nothing really.

La casa nel cortile comes with an unsurpassed hospitality from Margeritha and her sons Antonello and Mariano. In the background, Margeritha’s husband ensures the upkeep of the beautiful house.
They are proud of their ancestral home which they have partly turned into a very spacious B&B with good beds and up-to-date kitchen and bathroom.
From the hearty welcome with all three present to the sincere goodbye and the good communication in between via WhatsApp, it was perfect for us. Having just returned to a much colder and rainy Holland, the good memories of the sunny rooftop terrace are already golden. For us, the terrace with the unforgettable view was the best! Our little Fiat 500 was parked safely during the night in a private box and we have made good use of it during the week, some 500 plus kilometres (Yes, you can drive in this part of Italy, it really beats the bus or the train, so much freedom, just be prepared to always pay for your parking, between 2 and 4 euro’s per hour).
We had many highlights on this 6day trip, including the beautiful village of Ravello (1 h 15 by car but so worth it!), the quaint sandy beach of Marina di Puolo near Sorrento, Sorrento itself and the best spaghetti in Osteria da Antonio in Napoli, but certainly and perhaps foremost the opportunity to enjoy Mariano’s private tour of Pompeii. Be sure not to miss that tour, both Margeritha and Mariano are official guides.
All in all, don’t hesitate if you want warm hospitality, an authentic experience in a quintessential Italian village and are open to the ways of Italy and its people.
No minus points for us, just a little explanation. Although this is a B&B, it is not the case that the owners prepare breakfast for you in the morning, like for example in the Netherlands or the UK. Margeritha provides you with the Italian style breakfastitems, namely biscuits, jams, nutella, milk, water and fruit and restocks this during the week. You can make delicious coffee with a Lavazza machine and we were spoiled with a lovely cake. Bread, cheese, eggs etc. you can buy just down the road in a little supermarket and oven-fresh croissants from the Tabaccheria de Simone on the opposite side of the little supermarket.
