Perfect location. Quiet but very central. Walking distance from shops are restaurants. Beautiful view from the balcony. Manana was very sweet and friendly. Gave us suggestions on the places to visit which were amazing. Super comfortable stay. Thank you so much.

The lady kanana have everything in home. Two balcony . The living room ac was not working properly and kitchen microwave was not working properly because the switch was not working . Also bathroom was 1. All over the house was good only problem was the behind the streets not infront of road. The lady was friendly.
There was nothing to dislike everything was in that house accept the location was not.

The location was inside the historical old Tbilisi and very close to the freedom square.
Manana was an excellent ghost! 👌
She agreed to meet us in the middle of the night and helped us a lot. The price was very fair.

The view from the balcony and the location.
It wasn’t clean, especially the kitchen and microwave. It had a strong smell of smoke, the mattresses were really bad, and so was the bed linen.

The balcony was good with a good view also all the bedrooms were clean and all had air conditioning which was a nice touch
The owner was very nosy and would walk in while we were staying there. Also she had a very big scary dog and she would leave it on the entrance and it would bark at us and we were scared that it would attack us. The parking was terrible and is not at the premises as displayed on the website it was very far and you have to walk upwards for 4 minutes like climbing a mountain and I always arrived out of breath every time I parked the car which was annoying.

Fairly close to the old city center,awesome terrace, good facilities and good communication with the hosts.
Although asked through Booking.com and therefore confirmed, I was refused an invoice.
We paid cash with no document, which is unconfortable as this was a work trip.

Fantastic place!
It is within walking distance of many popular sites, restaurants, stores and taxi stands. We felt completely safe walking even late at night.
The apartment is spacious, with three bedrooms and plenty of common areas. The two balconies were a lovely addition. Manana was accessible and accommodating.
If we go back, we will gladly stay there again.

The flat is very big and has a nice roof top balcony. We didn’t really like the equipment in the kitchen. We’ve found it weird to not look the doors to the balcony and terrace. Considering the price we thought the place would be nicer.
