Great location - Large Apartment - Very Comfortable

No Air Conditioning though we knew this when booking it was very hot. Only one English channel on the television - there may have been more but there was no instruction booklet in the apartment.

Location was perfect for restaurants, shops & beach.

nothing really but it would have been nice to have a bottle of water & wine on arrival which we’ve had in all the numerous villas we’ve visited in PB over the years.

Location excellent for town facilities. Quiet in January.

Early check in agreed but code not available for 3 hours. Cockroachs in kitchen. No welcome instructions on area, doctor, how to operate equipment. No dvd player. No cushions for hard plastic patio furniture. Key lock on front building door difficult to operate and feels that might not work at some point in the future. Nothing allowed to be left at property on departure so no use of washing machine powder, kitchen roll etc. No tea towel available

We loved our stay, it was a unique experience to live like locals. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. Perfect location for shopping! The beach and promenade is just in few minutes walk. Great value for money!

Apartment was so big and kitchen equipped with everything you need. Location was perfect for beach and town 👌 beds comfortable. Will definitely be returning here.

Washing machine broke.

Great location and quiet

Balcony is uncovered and single parasol provided is inadequate. At night balcony quickly cools with no roof and limits time one can sit outside. The other issue is bird mess on the balcony which needed cleaning most days especially with children present. There for 8 nights but not one single visit from the cleaner. No communication from host to check if everything was ok.

it is big & spacious. well equipped kitchen. Felt safe & secure.

Overall it is dated & needs maintenance & a really good clean. very overlooked & no nets so have to close the curtains but not all windows have curtains. No cushion for hard plastic sun lounger on the terrace but not a nice place to sunbathe anyway as overlooked. Can’t put toilet paper down the toilet but no plastic bags left for the bins. Infact not 1 item left for cleaning etc which I think is very tight as who wants to go & buy bin bags, bleach, cleaners etc. Furniture old & dated but could see that in the photos do no surprise but bedding (other than the sheets) were circa 1970’s & bath towels very rough. 2 very small & cheap chairs for the beach - surely a few choices could be left?? plenty of storage for them. And finally - no proper ironing board. Just a table top one but plenty of space to house a full size board.
