The location is perfect, right next to the water with a beautiful big terrace, and shaded from the sun. A smart studio room, compact but well designed and stylish with a very comfortable bed. Good value and a very welcoming, helpful host. Would stay again!

Total bliss. All we could hear was the sound of the sea. The view from the terrace is unbeatable. Great position just a few steps from the beach, the shops, the port. The apartment is decorated with very good taste, and had all we could need. We really appreciate the cleaning service. We hope to be back!

Position of the property on the seafront promenade close to village square. Good size patio with exceptional views. Being directly on the promenade means your patio is not private, so if privacy is important to you this may be a problem, although for us it was a plus.
The property is long and narrow with part taken up with kitchen and bathroom, with two single beds and a bunk bed in the other areas which leaves very little room for storage.

only twin beds, but I was traveling solo so not an issue.

Manolis was super friendly and helpful. Location was excellent in the old town for all the shops, cafes, restaurants etc in the port and city. Nearest beach was a 15 min walk
Access to the property was by foot as the narrow streets are closed to traffic by 9am and I was travelling with too many bags which meant leaving one suitcase unattended in the middle of the street. Not the end of the world but an inconvenience.

Welcoming and helpful hosts.
Apartment is thoughtfully equipped.
Internet quality is excellent, especially for Greece!
Just be aware that the room itself is compact. It doesn't really matter having the terrace though.

Great location, right by the sea, with a beautiful view! Everything is there, few steps away: beach, shop, center, ferry.. Cozy room, with bathroom and tiny kitchen (everything very clean) and above all a beautiful terrace-covered, providing shade all day (which is extremely important in the middle of the hot summer but which many apartments do not have.
I could just sit and watch the sea all day. Perfect!
The owner is very friendly, always available.
If/when we come to Tilos again, it's not a question at all, we definitely come to this apartment!

Great location, right on the sea front and close to the ferry, town and beach. Very comfortable and clean. Easy communications with the owner. Great value. Wish we’d stayed longer
