Loved how the staff kept my room clean and also the breakfast staff. Special mention to Ibrahim, Aaron, Anastasia and the rest of the team. They were all very helpful

Everything on site was marginally more than expected, cost wise. But not enough to ruin our stay. Expected added cost for such a location and fabulous resort, but not as much as we found. Meals, drinks, mini bar, Spa treatments, all top Quality, but again, just marginally more than expected. Again, not enough to ruin or thinking about. An absolute Spectaular week, with amazing memories!

El hotel estaba todo practicamente cerrado, estaba en remodelacion y adicionalmente no habia aire acondicionado. Todo estaba en programacion para invierno y nno pude dormir porq en el cuarto eran 30 grados centigrados.. pedi q lo arreglaran y no lo hicieron entonces tuve q cambiar de hotel. No me quisieron regresar el dinero de la segunda noche diciendo q como era por booking no lo podian regresar. En otras palabras no dormi y me robaron la 2 noche

Локация супер! Много зелени, нет вокруг отелей. Виды Ibiza - Mykonos style. Очень комфортная и уютная beach area. Даже Buddha bar не выглядит вульгарным. Очень вкусный ресторан, вежливый и услужливый персонал. Реально стараются. Спа зона очень большая, сауна шикарная. Массаж показался средним 6/10, но возможно мне не очень повезло с therapist.
Возможно, при полной загруженности мне бы этот отель не так сильно понравится

I am disappointed regarding the breakfast experience during my recent stay at your hotel. As a guest who values a satisfying morning meal, I regret to inform you that the quality and variety of the breakfast offered fell far below my expectations.
Firstly, the food options provided in the breakfast spread were limited and lacked diversity. Only a few basic items were available, and the lack of variety made it challenging for guests to find suitable choices based on their dietary preferences and restrictions. Additionally, the freshness and presentation of the food were subpar, leaving much to be desired.
Moreover, the overall taste and quality of the dishes were disappointing. The hot items were lukewarm at best and lacked flavor. The bread and pastries seemed stale and unappetizing. It was evident that attention to detail and culinary expertise were lacking in the preparation and execution of the breakfast offerings.

Great service, friendly stuff. I loved the spa very much. and Buddha-Bar Beach is amazing. Its a great combination of chillout and partying as the hotel is only 10 min away (by car) from Bodrum. I had the best time. Very satisfied and look forward to returning

The hotel is a dream. Views , facilities, service . Amazing in every way. The staff really goes out of their way to make the stay a memorable experience . By the way, the Hammam is superb

The sea was beautiful
The new Manager has a big job on his hands to get this hotel back into shape. On arrival they ask you for your credit card so full payment is taken. That’s the very first thing they ask of you. The most unwelcoming treatment, and this carried on throughout. There were only three staff who were charming and gave good service. The lady sommelier was incredibly rude and would have only been charming if I had ordered a hugely expensive bottle. The drinks list is extremely expensive, cheapest bottle of wine is €120 and aperol spritz €26! We paid a little over £1000 per night, room was standard and in 8 nights our beds were turned down twice. The lack of hospitality and service runs all the way through, staff very rarely greet you. The were too many things that went wrong for me to list. I was not the only guest complaining. The Manager was eventually told by a member of his beach staff that we were unhappy and his guest relations lady Maria never bothered to let him know that I had emailed on the second day to speak with him but he was good enough to send a bottle of wine and apology card to the room which my daughter and I appreciated. The hotel has lost the opportunity of our return, that’s surely speaks for itself.

Staff are not professional enough. They need training. (Reception and breakfast restaurant). My first comment about the reception staff. I arrived late and upon check in. The guy at the reception informed me about the payment. I thought my payment was done already as It was non refundable. He kept asking me about an email. As i'm lying. I told him that i'll check with my bank. My reservation shows it's non refundable so I assumed the payment was done, because I did it during my flight. I told him if not. Then, I'll proceed immediately. The phone call took minutes.I couldn't track my bank texts for this reservation too, due to other different payments during my travel. I found out that the payment wasn't done, so I proceed and paid the full payment immediately. I again explained why I had to check which is my right, but I guess the language barrier could be the reason, he still was telling me the payment wasn't done. I told him ok, but let me check it from my end. it's clear for you, but nothing from my side. I believe to have a front desk team who doesn't speak English will always cause an issue and to have a team in front desk who doesn't welcome guests or to have friendly manners that will reflect badly the image of the resort. Second comment, Staff in restaurant especially the breakfast always talking as they are not in duty and the chief was checking his mobile and talking to the waiter as they are in break, not even greeting guest. That is not professional at all. The staff talks casually and the chef was checking his mobile and in conservation as well with other staff. That's said, the cleaning staff are sweet and professional and moreover the staff at the beach. They were greeting guests and very professional. Maybe it's better to have a staff members in front desk as the beach team. Finally, The wifi is bad and needs to be enhanced.

excellent location
the hair dryer in the room nearly caught fire and thankfully didn’t electrocute my wife while using it.. when reported to management they apologised but had no evidence of ever conducting a check on the appliance. I also had an ice pack that I asked receptionist to put in freezer but on check out the pack was cold but not frozen which meant I had to throw my medication away as it has to be kept cold

The beach area is beautiful and buddha bar beach food was great.
The breakfast was terrible. Definitely not 5 star quality. Also sometimes the staff would bring dirty glasses when we ask for water, etc. even at the breakfast, everything is not very clean.

Introduction to the room and place was poor. Key made it difficult to open door. Nobody showed us how to use air conditioning, lights, wifi, telephone, etc ie explanation was poor and the directions were not straight forward at all. Suppose to have additional bed in room, promised to sort out and it took several requests before it happened. Ordered a taxi in advance, night before, and taxi wasn’t there.

The hotel extérieurs and facilities are very nice, the personnel was great as in all the hotels we stayed during our trip in Turkey. Turkish people are amicable, helpful and proper. Breakfast was excellent ! All kind of juices were prepared on the spot ! The pool is very nice as well as the terrace furniture. Valet parking very helpful.
The hair salon facilities and services are not top, however the prices are in euro, although these are local services. Manicure and pedicure without varnish was 80 euro while in a regular salon you pay in Turkish liras and the price is the equivalent to 10 euro. Their currency is suffering of course but it should not be the client who pays for their currency fluctuation. We stayed in 5 star hotels during our one month trip in Turkey and aside from the room rate, everything else was charged in Turkish lira. I believe that while in Turkey as in every other country the charges should be made in the local currency. Marriot is not in compliance. At the time of checkout they make their own currency exchange and the prices are much more higher than originally listed. When the charge for the total stay arrived in our bank account it was more than what it was supposed to be.

Our neighbors were playing loudly sounds and music from 1:00am till 6:00am , we couldn’t sleep well, also we were having an issue with Air Conditioning it was not working and the room was hot

This hotel has exceeded my expectations beyond belief. From the moment you step in and even after you leave the service was fantastic, professional and they went above and beyond.
I travelled solo as a female guest, and they made me feel welcome, safe and everyone was smiley. You did not even get a chance to ask for anything, they were always on it. You would move your head and someone would literally be there to check if you needed anything, anymore or different.
For me the most amazing and surprising part was how trustable and professional their staff were as they found my diamond necklace left in my room and called me to when i was about to board my flight back to uk to ask me how i would like them to send it to me. I stayed in many 5+ star hotels, and this was great to know that all staff are well trained.
The room was excellent, had very comfortable bed and beautiful decor with a fabulous sea view. They had a great turn down service and the toiletries in the bathroom are all Bvlgari. The spa was good and quiet and has a sauna and steak room. Very clean. The spa manager lady was polite and accommodating. The infinity pool outside was. There is always a staff available wherever there is a guest or wherever a guest is going. You feel waited on without feeling watched or followed. The lady in the reception called Berru was fab too.
