The staff were brilliant. Carly and Kate were very friendly, well-informed, and very hard working. Refreshing after arriving at hotels to find staff filing their nails. Carly never stops working! The room was brilliant. The room was clean, and the shower was working well!
The only reason we didn't score the hotel a 10 is because we found a piece of glass on the floor, but we know how broken glass behaves.
The parrot was squawking loudly early morning.

The location was good and less than half an hour from Alicante airport. The staff and owners were very friendly and helpful. We wish them every success and are sure their hard work will pay off in the coming years.

Very basic, but comfortable and clean enough - Unfortunately they had a tribute band on that evening and the entertainment went on until the early hours of the morning, meaning we couldn't sleep until 2am. In my opinion, we should have been notified on booking about the entertainment and given an option to cancel the booking.

Dat er met de avond een soort gezellig entertainmant was.
Het feit dat we 100,-€ borg moesten betalen, dit werd pas vermeld nadat wij de booking hadden gemaakt en betaald. Wij vinden dat booking.com zo´n bedrijf niet op de site moet zetten of dit van te vooren duidelijk moet vermelden. Wij moeten nu maar zien wanneer die 100,- wordt teruggeboekt. Zij hebben een borg en wij geen enkele garantie dat het wordt teruggeboekt. Verder is het buitenproportie een borg van 100,- bij een overnachting van 75,- En waar dient deze borg dan voor? uiteindelihjk moesten we`s morgens natuurlijk betalen wat we hadden verbruikt maar dat kon niet met de borg worden verrekend. Als we na 8 dagen het geld niet terug hebben kunnen we bellen tja we wachten af.

Great hotel! Staff were all lovely and made the stay even better. The food and drinks were brilliant and really cheap compared to anywhere else we’ve stayed. Breakfasts from €2.50!
The rooms were comfortable and clean. Maid came ever other day to clean and replace towels.
Entertainment on most nights too!
Would definitely recommend and stay again.

View from terrace superb, sunsets out of this world.
Safety issues were of concern to us especially as no staff were available to let us out of hotel until 8.00 am when we needed to leave earlier due to an early departure to the airport. In effect we were locked in the hotel until a member of staff arrived to let us out of the hotel. There was no overnight personnel to ensure the safety of guests. WE DID MENTION IT TO A MEMBER OF STAFF THAT WE WOULD NOT BE TAKING BREAKFAST AS WE WOULD BE LEAVING BEFORE 8.00 am.

The property has nice friendly staff, as it has just been taken over, it has a few teething problems, especially with the Wi-Fi. The manageress did say she will address this and I believe they will.
All in all a comfortable stay with attentive staff, something needed doing, one asked and it was done.

Grace and the Staff could not have been more helpful. Love the pool and the trees. Grace has only just taken over the Hotel so any teething troubles will be sorted I am sure.
