Easy walking distance from Train Station and Stoke University Hospital

Room was spotlessly clean and the facilities were of a high standard. Spacious room with a comfortable bed and pillows, fridge to keep drinks etc cool, spacious shower with lots of hot water. Tea and coffee facilities in the room and easy walking distance from the town centre. Staff in the pub were really friendly when we checked in and had a drink during the day

Only downside for us was that as we visited midweek by the time we got back from meeting family for a meal the pub was closed - if we came again we would travel at the weekend so that we could make more use of what is a super local pub

Far too hot. Tried to turn radiator off - but had to sleep with the window open. I’m sure this could be easily rectified.

Beautiful property, fabulous staff and great location. My room was a good size, spotless and bed was very comfortable. I could not hear any noise from the bar downstairs or from people in other rooms. We went to the bar downstairs, people were friendly, drinks were a good price, the bar area was lovely and clean, the outside area was fab too. Can’t fault anything. I would highly recommend and will be staying again without a doubt on my next visit.

The noise from the street and the cost of the room should include a continental breakfast Check out would be better at 11am

Clean, comfortable bed, large room, good TV, friendly staff.

A bit noisy from pub deliveries in the morning.
