best location beautiful view from room ,comfortable room, kitchen and breakfast included

Everything was perfect, the room is big, clean and has a very nice view. The kitchen is well equipped and the people working there are very warm. A very nice experience, thank you!

I got to say everything was spot on from the common area, to the bathroom. I have nothing to complain expecially for the price I spent.

I would like to thanks Michele for his outstanding hospitality, he picked me up from the airport late at night and made everything to make you feel at home. Le Stanze del Rei sure has some potential. I had no complaints, the place matched my expectation. Le Stanze del Rei is very conveniently located in the old town but keep in mind that in this part of Italy, public transportation isn't very developed - so a rental car is definitely recommended if you want to see more. There were also no public bicycles, kick-scooters or mopeds. I found it also a hard to find rental cars or scooters in the town so I did mostly walk but distances were reasonable and a lot of cafes, bistros and bars are nearby even at night. About 10-15 minute walk to the train from where you can reach the airport or the beach at Catanzaro Lido. Great place for a little stop-over.

the property is very central and as described. very friendly host offered picking me up from the airport. everything is very clean and nice.

The room was clean and very big. The staff is very friendly and helped us on having a very early check-in, allowing us going to stay the whole day out. There was also a kitchen with a self breakfast included. Nothing to say, that is top.

It's by far one of the worst experiences I've had. I booked this place to arrive on a Sunday night and tried to contact several times and could not reach them. Their phone number does not work. Not even Booking could get in contact with them. When I arrived there was noone at the reception. I could not find an alternative since it was Sunday night and Lamezia is a small place. I had to sleep in the floor of the reception. The hotel refused to get in contact with me or apologise. They did not give me my money back. I contacted booking about this, I hope they take this place out of ther website.

They did not honour my reservation and did not refund me. I messaged then and did not receive a response. Their Telefone number does not work, and apparantly booking doesn't care.

Nobody was there, no answering to calls, messages anything. After an hour I've got respond. Below there is a restaurant and the owner said it happens quite often, that people have to wait 1, 2 even 3 hours. My suggestion is to make an appointment when will you be arriving to prevent these situations, but anyway it shouldn't have happened.

Great location, more than expected value for the money.

Te accommodation is very close to the main bars and restaurants. Very quiet at night, cosy and warm. I will use it again for sure. Very good value for money. Accommodation did not promise anything that could not to be deliver. I am very happy and to be honest this place make all the others around look over priced. I really think they are offering a very good service in comparison with the other places around that aerea. Seems also they are very much more experienced in this sector.
