convenience and location to airport

Great, clean hotel. Breakfast was awesome and a great value. Staff was very friendly and professional. Parking was very convenient and included in the cost of the room. Great location with multiple nice restaurants nearby.

Checked in late due to a flight delay. The property is located close to the airport and easy to reach. Even at 1 am there was a possibility to check in and the receptionist was very friendly. Behind the hotel, there's free (on the street) parking. No security issues.

The surprise was the room's cleanliness. In the shower, there were still opened bottles of shampoo that the previous guests used, as well as an empty roll of toilet paper on the ground. Went to bed, without a shower, with an unpleasant feeling about the overall cleanliness of the hotel. The breakfast (payable at the premises) was really poor. I didn't have any breakfast, just a coffee but aside from croissants and some cereal and biscuits I could not see anything else. In my view, the price for a room is too high and unjustified - especially with no complimentary breakfast or at least an apology from the receptionist during the morning shift. After I explained calmly my troubles with the cleanliness of the room, she just shrug her shoulders.

No restaurant or bar on site, HDMI didn't work and no wifi on television could not watch anything from my phone, unable to switch air condition off.

The hotel is a nice value for a one-night stay. Parking was easy across the street. The rooms were small but comfortable.

Spotless clean. Friendly and very helpful staff. Covid health measures (temperature measurement included) in place. Excellent location for train station and airport as well as to explore the surroundings. Warm ambiance.

It was a clean, classy hotel. perfect for an overnight stay in Lamezia before catching a flight.

they offered a shuttle to the airport, but it was not free, which we did not realize. …it is just that they will call an overpriced taxi to drive you 2 minutes to the airport.

Breakfast was exceptional. The staff was extremely friendly and professional as was the lady serving breakfast. Overall a very satisfying experience. Please thank the 2 young ladies at the desk as well as the lady serving breakfast. We are repeat customers and will definitely be back!

We spent on night in transit at this hotel. It exceeded our expectations in terms of value for money and cleanness of the room. Although the room was a bit dated, it did not feel like that due to the great maintenance and cleaning. Parking is very convenient, in a dedicated location across the street. Breakfast options were good.
