Great location and fantastic views from the 30th floor. The pool was nice.

Towels, linen, Fitout etc all felt a bit too cheap and budget for the price.

Toilet was cleaned properly. Room leaked when it rained and wet my luggage/clothes. When reported to staff they simply asked if we would be staying again and said to email the hotel with complaint. I still haven’t received a reply from the hotel. Parked in loading dock as our vehicle was too tall to fit in car park but still charged same rate.

All of the above - The whole room was like home away from home, very clean, well presented, location perfect for using buses and train interchange. Laundry facilities were excellent for longer stay

We didn't like looking out onto the roof tops of buildings with all the air conditioning units, dirty buildings etc

Pillows were really comfortable, bed was a little hard for me but still ok.

The bathroom had obviously not been cleaned recently as there was a hairpin on the floor , dust and hair in the corners and 4 pieces of either cockroach or mouse poo in the shower recess!!!!

Great spot, close to train and shops. Had a very pleasant stay. Would come again.

The location and the room were great. The washing machine and dryer were amazing. Overall, the hotel is very clean.

Wish the stuff would do elaborate how to use the elevator a bit, since it wasn’t obvious for everyone. This doesn’t mean that the stuff were unfriendly or unhelpful, but some customers were standing in front of the elevator and were confuse. It also wasn’t obvious that the lobby is on floor zero.

Comfortable room equipped with all the utensils and very close to train stations. Parking available at an extra cost of 30$

Location is convenient, apartment is neat.

We had a two bedroom suite which was a wonderful surprise on arrival due to layout, space and location

We tried on several occasions to use the toaster and both times it set off the smoke detector.

Great location, clean facilities, staff were really nice, comfortable space

TV barely worked (did not come with Netflix etc.). Setting up chrome cast was a struggle, disconnecting often and would stream at very poor quality.
