The staff members are Lovely, helpful and made sure we were safe

Shower - the water was cold for the duration of our stay. Even during hours where there was no loadshedding.

The staff was very friendly and professional. Engages with their customers.

Power was off as well as water most of the time. I wanted a double standard room, but the beds were so hard and the rooms smelled horrible, thus I was forced to pay a lot more for a more decent room that was actually livable.

Staff was friendly and helpful.

The TV did not work. It took me a whole day to get an iron. There wasn't any hot water. I checked in as 2 guests but only received 1 hard towel - after requesting it.

Noise at night

Quite place and non of distractions. Security tied. Friendly staff. There are backups, when there's no electricity and hot water available all the times.

I was not comfortable, because of rats in my room. I was afraid of my belongings ( assets). One of my peaches was eaten by rats, then I took the matter to the staff members. Finally, they tried their level best to make sure that they don't come back again. I make a plea to the landlord that, thorough maintenance should be done on the fire places , it was a hiding place for those rats.
