Ideal for a family with small kids. We managed to travel only in off-season but I would gladly visit again. Probably the most equipped apartment we have visited so far. There’s a caffee bar below but the music wasn’t too loud and they closed in the evening.

The location is perfect, the apartment is cozy and comfortable. We loved the view from the balcony and the walking path along the sea. The host Dennis was very helpful and friendly. Definitely staying in this apartment added extra points to our satisfaction with the time spent in Opatija.

Grandios! Die Gastfreundschaft der Vermieter!! Unglaublich toll und zuvorkommend. Frisches Obst und viele Leckereinen super! Das hatten wir noch nie! Und natürlich der direkter Ausblick aufs mehr und zwar 10m vom Meer entfernt. Vista Mare!!! Überglücklich!

Location is excellent, walking distance to the city center but far enough from the noise. The property is very clean and well equipped. Hosts are very friendly, professional and lovely people. Parking lot by the entrance is a big plus, not to mention the amazing view. The access to the see by the house is well enough for a nice swim or spend there some time with a good book.

Location and stunning view. Nicely presented and clean. Perfectly situated on the esplanade with a lovely walk into town as well as venturing the opposite direction. Opatija was a delightful surprise and a great base for exploring other areas of Istria

washing machine was a little tricky to operate and shower also needs attention BUT a view like that will forgive anything

Very nice Apartment with an fantastic balkony...short walk to the center...We enjoyed our stay very much...
