We had ana amazing time celebrating our anniversary of Royal Cruise boat. The ship was beautiful, the staff were amazing, and the sites were spectacular. We wish we had more time on the boat and will return to take a longer cruise next time. The food was great, the activities were great and the massage was great!

we enjoyed the cruise as it was very relaxing and the excursions were well organised. Food and service was lovely too. Thank for David Le and other staff on boat. Recommend this cruise to everyone.

It was super clean, the company had a very established program that was interesting and kept us busy. Food was for the most part delicious!

We were upgraded at same price to another ship. All was very good planned and the sightseeing incredible Food really excellent Experience in the island is incredible, like paradise

We used a bus (with other travellers) to come back to Hanoi from Halong (bus from the travel agency)... incredible slow (4 hours)!!! Why not to use the motorway (it takes 2 hours)???

We were upgraded from a 3-star to a 4-star cruise, which was nice. Our cabin was the only one that didn’t have balcony but that’s not a problem. Overall the cruise was very nice. Cat Ba island was great too, amazingly beautiful and ideal to relax. The transfer by bus was fairly comfortable too.

There wasn’t much choice for breakfast. Both lunch and dinner were truly amazing, so breakfast being poor was disappointing. The Bungalows were very very simple. The bathroom didn’t have a separate shower, it was all in the space small space (sink, shower with no curtains, toilet) meaning that you wet the all bathroom. Careful not to get your toilet paper and towels wet! There was some miscommunication with the different activities for the different bookings, meaning that we ended up missing the Cave tour. Some evening entertainment would have been appreciated as it got really boring with no wifi or tv. Take some money with you as drinks are not included and the card machine doesn’t work well because of the poor wifi connection. I would say that it may be worth paying a bit more for another cruise and get a more structured cruise.

I got upgrade to a very nice boat. The boat and and cruise staff were amazing. But the original one I booked was more suitable for solo travelers, and for the upgraded one I was the only solo traveler LOL. The room was super nice so I have no problem with it.
