too small unable to fit my 3 luggage in the room and no working space to put my laptop to work. this need to be improved and dust

very good location

Location is great, but it's 10-15 minutes once you have left the main station! It took me 20 minutes to get out. The nearest exit to the street in Z8. Staff friendly Decent price Good hot shower Room fine for one person, 2 would be a squash.

You can hear everything next door, walls are paper thin, but no noise from outside. No one around to help check in when I arrived 8pm, all done by machine, little frustrating after a long flight.

I was allowed to leave me lugggage across the street for the day at partner hotel.

no breakfast, no staff in this hotel (you need to go across the street to partner hotel), extremely expensive on weekends.

the hotel’s location is exceptional being close to Taipei Main and NTU station. there were several convenience stores and food stalls nearby

there is an english speaking staff that answers STRICTLY and LOUDLY and her eyes enlarges when speaking to you in an intimidating voice. i encountered her 3x and didnt get her name as she is not wearing a name tag

It’s a cozy , small , well furnished hotel. The value is great in the central Taipei.

The sound proof is terrible, I was waking up by the sex voice in the middle of the night and woke up by the same sound in the morning. I was spiritually feeling tired when I check out from the hotel. The place won’t be suitable for someone on business trip, it will ruin their quality sleep.
