The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The resort has a beautiful garden as well as a pool and is located only 2 minutes walking from the beautiful Ong Lang Beach where you can see the most stunning sunsets. The room was big and very clean and there is daily room service. It provides you with all you need. My partner and I are following a vegan diet and got always a delicious breakfast meal, that was prepared only for us but was still included in the free breakfast. We felt very much seen and were so thankful. Furthermore the food was very delicious and always freshly prepared. We would always come back here!

Honestly hotel was not super, but it was a great choice for your budget and family friendly. General location was great it was middle of airport and main attractions. Nearby eating places were very optional and main advantage was staffs were super helpful and friendly.

The breakfast was not good. The hotel is a bit outdated and the rooms could use to be soundproofed. You can hear everything outside.

Really run down in need of renovation once lovely outside areas but now tired. Same for the location and very cut off from civilisation hard to get taxi out. Breakfast very limited choice for western tastes but this was probably due to the general feel of the place. It seemed like nothing had been maintained.

However the property was riddled with ants, there was complimentary tea and coffee in the room however the tea pot was full of ants. There was a cockroach crawling around one of the beds. The pool wasn’t clean and didn’t get cleaned once during our stay. Again the breakfast very unhygienic ants and flies everywhere ! Also the beach was filthy and you couldn’t swim. Very good breakfast with this budget room. We love the test of food and have enough choice as well as have fruit. Friendly receptionist. Close to the beach. Quiet place.

The floor and hard metres as look like we got old room while there are new room. New room look nice when I see from outside. Far from center.

the accommodation is nicely located close to a beautiful beach and if there would have been no covid, there would be also plenty of food options nearby. The massage that can be booked at the Ressort is ver good and firm and the pool is clean and refreshing and located in between plenty of beautiful plants. The waitress and the cook taking care of the meals were very friendly and supportive in all matters. Early check-out was possible without any problems. The WiFi was mostly excellent.

The bathroom was not too clean and the shutter of the window could not be opened for taking a bath with a nice view. the water pressure in the bathroom was very low and warm water was mostly not working or with even lower pressure. The receptionist was not was not very professional and sometimes a bit rude, but overall ok. There was no option to book additional expenses e.g. for dinner or massage on the room and pay at check-out by credit card, this we had to pay cash.

the owner ask us for taking breakfast with 80k vnd for each people, but the buffet breakfast was prepared for other group of guests. We denied and the owner try to take more money from us by asking for early checking, additional fee if we had a bbq in the resort and for a charcoal grill and so more.

The swimming pool was very dirty with green water and no filtering in action. The breakfast was simply poor and tasteless. The receptionist wasn't nice and very cold. We stayed 4 days and they cleaned the room only once . There was still a Christmas tree in March. Just to let you understand how the place was kept in an abandoned state...

The owner and manager are very unfriendly to the extent that we don't feel comfortable. No favors should be asked when you go here because they're not gonna listen instead they're gonna get angry at you. The pool was dirty too.

very good location and good value for money. the resort was few hundred meters away from wonderful public beach Ong Lang which is not frequented by local tourists

breakfast was so so and it was very dark at night to get there. there’s no lighting at all both from the main road and from the beach, which was a bit scary
