Facilities: The fridge and TV spoil and dirty but was not removed and replaced.

Bad insulation, we could hear everything from the hallway and the room next door. Some people were also making a lot of noise at 6:30 in the morning and even played loud music. The shower is not separate from the rest of the bathroom and makes a mess (but this is common in Vietnam).

The price was reasonable and we were in a good location only a short walk from the night market. The room was serviced daily. We were able to rent a bike and do laundry.

Some of the staff were not very welcoming at all and we found very difficult to deal with. We were given one price for a bike and then when we went to book it she tried to overcharge us for it. Only a few English speaking staff who don’t seem to be around a lot. The room was quite stale and there were lots of tiny bugs around the room. There wasn’t enough hot water for more than 1 shower at a time. I would always say you get what you pay for but the lack of friendly hospitality would put us off staying again.

Cute guest house, near Da Lat night market. The staff is very helpful and ready to help in any way they can. Although I stay a short time,but I received a lot of assistance. Many many appreciate.

The room is big enough for me, i travel alone. It has 2 beds which i didn't expect. They have scooter rental for 130k. The scooters are new and in very good condition. It is nearby the market and a few meters to the night market.

Soundproofing of room is the worst. Woke up by the loud noise by the corridor. The room next to mine is checking out and i can hear all the noises. It's like they are on the same room with me.

The staff didn't really want to help us. As tourists we don't know the language and they didn't help us when we needed it. Other hostels in the area that we didn't stay at helped us more than them...

Bed was uncomfortable, bugs in the room and dusty.

-The hotel in a good location: 5-10 mins walk to night market. -The host is so nice and helpful. We checked in very late and asked for the motorbike in last minute and he could handle everything for us. -The room is clear with very basic facility.
