location was brilliant and the view from my room was awesome. The lift was pretty okay and neat.

i saw roaches and other insects in my room. When i even changed room, it was same. The cleaners most times miss out toiletries and towels. I had to call on several occasions for them to bring some things. Refrigerators were not wrking. Lights were not working. Some lights had no bulbs or connections. Some sockets weren't working. I certainly will not look forward to another stay. Infact, I did not consider it on my second visit to Lagos.

The facilities are dated and require significant upgrades. The location is excellent but the facilities haven’t be upgrade for years and age shows in all aspects.

Breakfast selection was terrible. Food always ran out. Service was really slow. To get to the venue you need to take a lift to the 4th floor, which is always busy.

The rooms are really decrepit and old. Everything in my room was broken from the cupboards to the bathroom and room shelving. On check in, my sheets were dirty on the first night. There is absolutely no wifi connection in the meeting venue. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel

They need to pay attention to fine details like clean the class exterior.

The ambience is good and the breakfast served everyday is excellent.

Complimentary water was not provided dally and the food being served at the pool restaurant should be improved upon.

I called the day I checked and inform them my TV was not working, they said they will send maintenance they never did. There was heaving driving and some works as early as 630am waking everyone from sleep and this lasted for hours

Splendid location. Beautiful scenery. Excellent facilities and service. Clean. Veeeeery good food. Easy access around town.

Wifi was good but wasn't that fast. Room lighting was basic (just one switch controlled so all or nothing) Entertainment (TV) not so entertaining - unclear channels, little variety, no internet TV
