we had our reservation confirmed and when we arrived they said we had no room.

A shopping mart located within the hotel and pool side bar
The location is not easily accessible. The quality of service is wasn’t worth the price. I couldn’t have a full moment of rest because random people were erroneously knocking at our door. By the time we go to answer the door, the person apologizes. It was excessively disturbing

The rooms were sizable.Receptionist were polite,and always ready to help.Housekeeper cleaned well and was polite.

Breakfast was a DISASTER.A la cart with only two options.Buffet the next day was with 3 options,We were down at about 9:30 and the trays were virtually empty.Breakfast was to end at 10am.When we requested for the food trays to be refilled,the waiter there said,they were done cooking for the day.At 9:30am? So what was our family of 4 supposed to eat? After so much back and forth,we were served about 15 tiny sticks of yam fries with some egg sauce.Another guest came in after us,but before 10am, and made the same remarks.

What I didn't like is the fact that I am charged for a stain on the bed sheet. I don't have a problem being charge really I have a problem of the cost of the cleaning. 10k to launder a bed sheet? and 5k to launder a pillow case? I am disappointed.

I love everything about the hotel

I had a very good experience right from the Manager to the staff. They were friendly and accommodating. I thank all of them for taking care of me. There is a mini super market within the premises and that helped a lot as the hotel is a bit remote from everything.
Breakfast was for local Nigerians. Would be good to have more continental mix. The hotel is a bit remote from everything.
