Die Lage war wunderbar. Der Vermieter sehr nett und war für uns immer da, wenn wir Fragen hatten.
Die Ausstattung der Küche ist noch erweiterungsfähig.
Es gibt zu wenig Küchengeräte.
Ein paar mehr Kissen oder auch Decken auf der Couch wären gut.

I'll start by saying that Luca and the staff are special people and professionals, perfect communication and check in.
The apartment is really nice, clean and tidy. You have everything you need. Equipped with everything. Large bathroom and comfortable bed. It also has a terrace that with bbq. Two bathrooms, which have been renovated and have renovated the entire bathroom and kitchen. Really nice! Air conditioning and super wifi.
The strong point of this property is the location. Very central, and full of history and culture.
In short, a unique experience that I recommend to everyone!!!

perfect location, perfectly stocked, roomy, comfortable. Very secure. would stay again definitely.
We arrived after midnight it was very dark so a sensor light would be handy. Could not get the upstairs shower to work from shower rose - but no problem as used the downstairs shower 👍

Nice appartement, confortable with everything you need. The host is also really kind.
The appartement has 2 toilets, the one on the ground floor had a very bad smell (didn’t go away in 5 days) and if you made it flush, there came some water out, really disgusting. They came to check it but didn’t fix it and told us to open the window…
If you rent a fiat 500, please be careful in hole Italy, they stole the back lights of our car at the street from the apartment.

I must say it is the best apartment we have had on Sicily! It was our third visit to Catania and I can't believe we found this gem. The apartment is located just next to the amazing bar with local products, it is very central, 10 minutes to fish or veggie market. Though it's location is very central, it was very quite. We have had all we needed, everything was super clean and comfortable, I wish we could stay more than a week! I am sure we will come to Sicily again, and I would be love to stay here again!

Some issues with the air-conditioner. Would not recommend the stairs for people with mobility issues - there is no hand rail on stairs.

Super location and very nice host! He recommended us restaurants in the area and was in constant contact with us. The apartment is large and has a super terrace and balcony.
When you turn on the heat, all the heat goes up. It is pleasantly warm on the mezzanine and a little cold downstairs

The apartment is very spacious and has everything you‘ll need during your stay in Catania. It’s close to the center, just a 10min walk to Piazza del Duomo.
The owner is also very kind and suggested a few places for us to visit.

This is a very good apartment, very suitable for four people to live, with two separate bathrooms, and complete kitchenware. It’s very close to the central city, about ten minutes away. If I come to Sicily next time, I still want to live here

Friendly host and good communication; good central location of apartment; easy parking in the street; well working air conditioning; nice private outside terrace; spacious apartment
Lack of kitchen facilities and basic tools that would be expected in a self-catered apartment; bathroom kept flooding; attention to detail was missing which would have made our stay more comfortable; bedding had bleach stains and should have been changed; no duvet provided; furnishings felt quite used and old; overall comfort could be improved

What you see is what you get. Nice modern apartment in city center, general food and hygiene items were available. Close to fish market and other sight seeing locations. Grill was fantastic! We went for the new years for 10 days, had a great time! The unexpected issues that we had, were promptly solved by the host Luca and his family, which we are most grateful for. Thank you Luca!
Microwave would be nice to have but that's just nitpicking.
