The apartment was great with plenty of facilities. We were able to get paid street parking right outside the apartment most of the time which was good. Beds were very comfortable. Hosts were extremely helpful when there was no coffee pods left for the machine, they delivered a box straight away.

All the taps in the apartment were different and it took quite a while to figure out how to work many of them. In the main bedroom with the ensuite bathroom the shower holder was useless and you ended up flooding the floor with water most of the time. It needs a holder for the shower head higher up and on a different wall.

Nothing except it was not the property we had booked … so photos on booking.com did not reflect the apartment we stayed in …. for example we were expecting outside space but this was not the case

Be careful, the photos show at least 3 apartments. You think to have booked the nice apartment with balcony, and nice view, but you end up in a room, with view to the "lichthof" or the neighbour at 3 m away.

After 2018, we were once again guests at the Loft Master Palace in July 2021 and had a great time in Catania. The flat is still great: the furnishings are high quality and very well maintained. The kitchen is also well equipped for self-catering. When we arrived, the fridge was already filled with juice, water and milk. That made us very happy! Besides a coffee machine and coffee-pads, there is even a washing machine and a tumble dryer. An Italian breakfast is delivered free of charge to the front door every morning on request: delicious, Italian pastries (dolci) sweeten the start of the day. The owner Gianluca is very nice and attentive and tries to fulfil every wish. We will be happy to come back and are already looking forward to seeing you again soon in Catania at the Loft in Master Palace!

If I well understand it’s a family business. Gianluca it’s responsable for thé check-in, check-out and all the other informations necessary during your trip. Salvatore is in charge with the breakfast :) every morning. And of course Diego offer taxi services at a very good rate comparing with others. What I would like to underline, that the propriety was very very clean, the bed was very comfortable and the location was very good. If you wanna enjoy your stay in Catania, book this propriety & you’ll be delighted.
