The staff was extremely friendly, the facilities and location were great. There was no hair dryer in the room and I missed the slippers in the room, further it was perfect.

The room temperature was either cold or sauna hot. Even though you can control it yourself, it felt like these were the only options.

The room was spacious, ideal for the two of us, it was clean and had a lovely view of the river. Dinner at the Indian restaurant that was included in the room price was amazing, totally delicious. Would recommend.

Some of the furniture in the room was a little bit tired with knocks in it, but it didn't spoil our stay.

It was extremely dirty in the room bedding was stained with blood, coffee and makeup and staff did not care

We couldn’t check in until 2 hours after the check in time. City view room was not a city view room and then that added an extra delay. Screamjng kids in the pool and how can I be getting shot by a water pistol in a 5 star hotel at the “spa” by kids.

Amazing 5 star property, with great connectivity to central London. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was highlight of the day, we stayed here for 7 days and absolutely loved it.

That they hold £100/ day on your card, that could be very trick if someone is carrying limited money.

Breakfast and staff at breakfast were amazing. Could not fault it. Beds were comfy and we got an upgraded room which was nice of staff

Our upgraded room smelt like BO (Body Odour) and the air con was rubbish. When we got to our room our luggage was not their like promised so we had to call reception, we then had to wait an extra 20 minutes wondering if anyone was actually going to show. We then wanted to use the facilities but then realised we only had one bath robe in the room, again I had to call down but no one came within 20 minutes so we left the room as we could not be bothered to wait any longer and ruin the time we had to actually use the facilities. We got to the hotel early for check in, we told the staff we was there and the woman just said “your room isn’t ready” and then proceeded to carry on her day. She did not tell us where we could wait or what we could do in the mean time, no mention of where the bars in the hotel was or if we could use the spa whilst we waited so we just sat down and waited for over an hour as we didn’t know anything else. For the price I paid, I don’t think it was worth it. Yes the room was nice (but not even the one I paid for I dread to think what the downgrade would have been) but I think I could get much nicer room somewhere else for the money spent. The spa was run down and felt dirty. The Sauna was out of order and the steam room was rubbish. The relaxation pool was luke warm and only had 2 actual jets which some people spent hours on therefore no one else could get to them. The actual pool was nicd.

The pool was excellent. So is the tea lounge.

The bar on the top floor was excessively over priced. We were charge £55 for 2 cocktails and a bottle of water.

Rooftop lounge was closed during our stay. Sunday and Monday evening are the closing days.

We ate both dinner and breakfast in the hotel and they were excellent. An exceptional choice at breakfast and fabulous view. Perfect location when visiting the O2.

I am a returning customer to this wonderful hotel, love the great customer service, room service a nice touch and the location, amazing. The spa is a decent size with a large pool, I had a 90 min massage which was so relaxing. Great location for a spot of shopping with the direct link to the o2, it's numerous bars, restaurants, outlet shops and cinema. Overall I've of the best hotels I've stayed in and I doubt I'll ever stop staying here!

It’s joined to the o2 so very convenient when attending a show

Great location for the O2 and surrounding area. Excellent service and great breakfast. Comfortable and clean rooms with all facilities you would expect in a premium hotel.

There is work being done in and around this hotel which doesn’t disturb but does spoil the aesthetic of the place.

We were on our honeymoon. My husband planned a surprise for me ; already contacted guest relations, arranged add ons for decoration of room (balloons, flowers, sweet plate )- EVEN PAID 120 POUNDS beforehand . Our hotel room was empty when we walked in When we when down to reception to ask for a refund for the add on we paid, kept saying they will process it. We had to reclarify the matter again and again with staff there. Wasted a lot of time. No one from guest relation even bothered to speak to us for an explanation or even apologise.

النظافة ، تعامل الموظفين ، الفندق لديه اطلاله على نهر التايمز، الافطار رائع ومتنوع والويترز يخدمونك بعيونهم، المسبح رااائع جدا لم استخدمه ولكن اطلعت عليه، قربه من محطة مترو الانفاق ومول اوت لت لبعض الماركات مثل نكست واديدايس نايكي NB وغيرهم والعطور والنظارات يوجد بعض المطاعم والكافيهات مثل كوستا وستار بكس اطلاله على قبة الالفية للمهتم بذلك فيها مسارح وعروض موسيقية مثل ديزني وهاري بوتر وغيرها ويوجد تسلق للقبة وتطلع على معالم لندن وتلفريك

الحمام كان تصريف الماء ضعيف جدا وطبعا لايوجد شطاف الموقع سيء جدا بعيد جدا عن السنتر واذا انت جاي من المطار تحتاج ساعتين مع الزحمة عشان توصل للفندق والتكلفة باهضه وبعدها صرت استخدم مترو الانفاق والباص في التنقل بالنسبة للتأمين يفرضون 100£ على كل ليلة ولما قلت لهم بعطيكم كاش قال اجل 200£ على كل ليلة وعطيته 400£ على ليلتين وعند التشيك اوت شيكوا على الغرفة ورجعوا التأمين
