poor quality furnishings - charges for extra coffee/sugar sachets etc. bed linen was extremely poor, no face washers, sand in the pool, too many conditions - vacuum cleaner at office, put furniture back in same spot etc. For the quality of the room overpriced

Good location and fairly near to shops and beach.

The hotel is currently next to a busy building site, which was not mentioned when we booked. our bedroom was about 2mts from the site, which started work at about 6.30am so sleep was very disrupted. However, the staff did manage to move us to a room overlooking the park at the end of the week, so it was a lot quieter for two days.

Great location, walking distance to beach. Clean and tidy room. Nice staff.

The room was lovely. It had a nice beachy vibe, nice decor, and some great books to read. The bed was comfortable.

1. Cold attitude of person I dealt with for arrival and departure. I asked for an earlier check in and the 'no' response was just not friendly. I understand most often early check in isn't possible, but don't expect a chilly attitude when I ask. As it turns out I went to a different resort after this one, who let me check in at 12pm with a super friendly welcome. 2. On departure morning I got a phone call at 10am on the dot telling me I need to leave. I explained I was just finishing the dishes due to dishwasher not working. She questioned this saying it should be working II also mentioned 2 of my coffee sachets were 'off' with some kind of weevil. She asked if she could come and see this as if she didn't believe me, I explained I had thrown them out but had a photo. She did apologise eventually but it was just such a cold attitude. Maybe this person is not happy in her job, and this fed through in her poor service.....

Great location steps to the beach.

We had a great stay in the resort. Close to the beach, nice pool. The room with old style but super clean and tidy and good undercover carpark. Good communication with the manager , super easy check in and check out.
