Dirty bathroom Excessive involvement of the owner of the lodge in the service WiFi totally controlled by the owner who personally inserted the password in my mobile phone; yet this was supposed to be turned on all the time. He even turns off the WiFi hub and lock it in his office. Broken windows (no control over the wind getting inside the room) No free shuttle service as written on Booking.com. I can't recommend this lodge to anyone.

Check in time was shifted for us and price was reasonable for 3 rooms.

We requested an extra bed that was not provided despite the request being acknowledged and confirmed. Fittings in bathrooms were badly run down and no hot water was available. Breakfast was odd.

Evening meal was not up to par, the T-Bone was not a T-Bone and for what it was, it was expensive.

I liked the homely stay, it felt like home with excellent staff. Good meals too.

I found some pests in the bathroom, please you need to fumigate the bathrooms and I also found ants in the sugar and poorly saved catlery. You need to maintain your furniture and use chemicals to clean the bathrooms.

Booking.com has this guest house in your list. I am truly disappointed. No toilet seat in my room. Hot water in the evening been switched off. Really not that good with that price. I am regret that I was use booking.com to book something not nice.
