The staff at the sun and moon were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is very secure with key card access to your floor and public spaces. Trips out I.e to S21 etc are easily arranged through reception, I can honestly say I have never encountered hotel staff who go the extra mile such as they have done for me.

Absolutely fantastic hotel and room, beautiful interior, shower, A/C, bed, everything was amazing. Great location, would highly recommend. Lovely staff as well.

Great location for main landmarks of Phnom Penh - both Wat Phnom and Royal Palace are in walking distance. Great food and drink options in the area.

clean rooms and very attentive staff when we had any issues. Excellent breakfast, the road below was making noise at night but when we brought this to the receptions attention we were immediately given another room on a higher floor.

we were staying over New Year’s Eve and the hotel was having a private event on the rooftop. This was something we were informed of after booking. the rooftop would be closed for the evening (unless you wanted to pay 70usd for a new years eve dinner). the rooftop and pool were a large part as to why we booked the accommodation at all. We were further informed that the pool would be open until 5pm and that felt okay for us but when we came up all sun chairs had been removed and the staff were working with putting up tables and testing music etc. In other words - yes the pool was open but only to take a short dip and you could not lounge there during the day. We were quite disappointed as the hotel is quite expensive and we were looking forward to using the pool and rooftop. the staff was very friendly and tried to find a solution but as we were only staying for 2 nights not much could be done. I think more clear communication about what facilities are open would have been good as this was not clear to us. if we would have known that no amenities would be open we would have spent our money somewhere else

Great pool and sun deck . Very good gym. Food good definite improvement.

Music by the pool is a bad idea. many just want to relax one person's music is another's noise.I take my M3P and prefer my own music . The coffee at breakfast was certainly too strong for me.

the roof top infinity pool never felt clean. the floor near the sun beds was always covered with pigeon droppings and was never cleaned.
