The food was great. Everything was perfectly clean for a hostel & the bed was very comfortable. The staff was super friendly.

Straight and clear view of Mt.Fuji from the window of the room. The hostel is well designed, with a mixture of traditional and modern elements. The lounge and front yard are perfect place to chill (esp for breakfast in the morning). This is a hotel level accommodation with hostel level price.

Stayed in a dorm room, bunk beds. Really tight space, just enough for our big suitcases. Rooms are on the upper level, quite a struggle if you have heavy luggage. Unnecessary rocks along the walkway, tripping hazard. Bathrooms and restrooms are near the bar, which could be a little awkward if you come out of the shower in PJs, but people don't usually notice. Could be a little noisy at night due to the bar downstairs, but they close at 9pm A little far from Kawaguchiko station, 10min walk

A very pretty and spacious hostel. The female dormitory gives each person plenty of room. The beds are spacious and there is room to store luggage next to your bed. There are also small lockers in the room which are a decent size. The restaurant onsite makes it easy to grab a bit to eat, especially if you arrive later in the evening. It's also a very pretty hostel.

The wooden floor in the hallway. It looks great but when you walk on it, it's loud.

The staffs are kind and professional. They speak good English so the communication is really smooth. They are just the best. The hostel provides not only a free kitchen with clean cookware, the lunch and dinner they offer are also exceptional. Highly recommend the special toe curry.

The bedding is a little too hot. Because of the squeaky noise of wooden flooring, it requires careful footwork when navigating across the room.

The layout and style of the hostel was sophisticated and modern. Lovely facilities, kind staff, and there's a bar on site!

I liked the whole package of this hotel! The interior design was very modern yet warm and of course, very clean. In my stay I had to check out early in the morning due to my schedule. I was first confused about how I can check out when the hotel staffs hasn't arrived (the hotel's opening hours are at 9am so they show up somewhere around that time, my guess though). But I realized later that all you have to do to check out is just to return your room key into a box prepared on the reception desk, that's it. I found this system very convenient and flexible!

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The facility itself has the coolest aesthetic, and everything was super clean. Walking distance to Kawaguchiko Station. Lots of bed space and curtains around the bunk for privacy. A nice cafe lounge area that serves yummy food and drinks.

You have to make the beds yourself, they just give you the linens, which is a small thing and not a big deal to me. I'm sure during busier times the rooms would be quite loud but I happened to be the only one in the dorm that night so it was fine.

There was a lot of open space that made me feel relaxed. Free coffee and tea was nice too.

I liked everything. It would be nice if they had bike rentals.

Convenient location to nearby drug stores and grocery stores. The classic design of front door, and modern decor inside the bar, and front desk are great 👍 !

Check-in staff hours end at 1900 / 7pm is too early for most visitors. Need to extend to a later time.

I stayed here because I needed to arrive very late, and very few places in the area allow late-night checkin these days. I never saw the staff because I also checked out early, but they had everything ready for me when I arrived, and I had a comfortable stay.
