The staff was very nice and helpful, she even let us leave our luggage after the check-out. The room had a small fridge. The only bad thing is that the wifi was not very good. We understand that the price is determined by the location and the season, not only by the facilities provided at the apartment.

the owner was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean ,spacious and located in city center which make it easy to visit all attractions!

Accommodation is perfect, spacious and clean rooms, daily cleaning. The ideal location to visit the Cinque Terre, very close to the train station, the port, many restaurants in the city center.

Full body mirror and toilet roll holder would be nice, a little dusty on the tile edge in the bathroom, shower‘s fairly small with no place to put shower gel/shampoo

location was perfect

The pictures show exactly the realty about how the rooms are designed. Everything is new and confortable. The place ia exactly in the center of Spezia with all the shops and restaurants around. The train station, where you can take the trains to cinque terre, is 7 minutes walking. The host is very nice and helpful and she responded very quick to our needs. I will defintely come back to this place if I decide to visit cinque terre again.
