La doccia.

La struttura pubblicata non corrisponde in nessun modo a quanto poi viene proposto. Ci si ritrova in uno scantinato con pochissima luce e con le finestre, sbarrate, che danno sui tubi di scappamento delle moto in un fatiscente cortile interno, essendo a quota cantina. La stanza ha un'umiditá altissima e un forte odore di chiuso. Sicuramente il peggior "alloggio"" mai provato. Spero di riuscire ad ottenere il rimborso di quanto versato.

La struttura è gestita da un host molto cordiale e disponibile. Abbiamo alloggiato in un appartamentino da 8, fornito da aria condizionata, piccolo angolo cottura e abbastanza pulito.

Una stanza era rimasta sporca, forse trascurata per sbaglio dal servizio. Inoltre unica pecca della struttura sarebbe la presenza di un solo bagno (con la doccia a tenda), ma guardando il rapporto qualità prezzo, sono cose a cui non si fa caso a mio avviso.

Малки са стаите за трима човека. Къде трябва да се поставят три куфара в малка стая с 3 легла. Не се сменяха кърпите всеки ден! Не отговаря на звездите хотела. Интересно е къде трябва да се включи кана за топла вода след като няма контакт където е поставена. Кабелът е 30 см. и ако искаш да си стоплиш вода трябва да го направиш на земята!? Глупаво решение!

The room was clean , we stayed for four nights all the room are in the basement.You can fell the smell of mould .Is a bit noisy we actually can hear everything for outside and inside the other rooms.

For the four nights we stayed they never changed the bedding and never topped up with instant coffee.

La sonorisation était horrible, une personne dehors qui passer devant chez nous, nous avions l’impression qu’elle était dans notre chambre c’était horrible sur les 3 jours que nous avons passé dans cet hôtel nous n’avons dormis aucune nuit, sans compter que nous n’avions aucune idée de quoi faire des clés lorsque nous partons car aucune indications a été transmises, nous ne voyons jamais le personnel. Les dames de ménages qui viennent nous réveiller le matin en disant que c’est l’heure de partir alors que nous avions une nuit en plus et qu’ils se sont tromper de jours… que dire de plus sur cet établissement et son personnel, je ne vous recommande pas cet hôtel si vous souhaitez du repos c’est vraiment horrible.

Attrezzata bene; c’è un’ottima macchina del caffè, doccia grandissima.

The room was very light and clean even when we stayed for two days they cleaned between both. One minute walk there is one restaurant, one market shop as well many things around...

No iron inside the room and baby stroller to rent.

Fantastic location near the Vatican, with plenty of great restaurants nearby. Friendly welcome, and great contact throughout the process

La literie. En particulier l’oreiller très épais et dur d’une hauteur de presque 40 cm de quoi risquer de se faire mal à la cervicale!

The location is fantastic, just 10 minutes walk from the St. Peters Plaza at the Vatican! The rooms face a patio and it's extremely quiet. The reception desk people are very nice and helpful.

We had a big problem with water heating. The water was not hot enough to have a shower. Although the owner looked at it, he was just trying to convince us that there was no problem. Very disappointing! Actually, they have a very small boiler that works with gas, and the installation must not be done correctly and the temperature droops very fast. The owner didn't bother to bring someone to check it.

Camera pulita, posizione eccellente.

In camera c'era un suono fastidioso che proveniva dal quadro elettrico. Nel bagno, l'acqua rimaneva ristagnata nel piatto doccia.

The location was good.

We had very little hot water nor water pressure. When asked the host I was told other people were probably taking showers at the same time. It was not peak times. It felt like I was staying at a hostel.

My recent stay at this hotel was incredibly disappointing. Firstly, due to a flight change, I was charged for an extra night without any flexibility. The room itself was far from satisfactory; the walls had visible mold, and the brown wallpaper appeared smeared with what looked like grease. The malfunctioning shower drain left me constantly standing in a pool of water, adding to the overall discomfort. The wifi was always glitchy, making matters worse. To compound the issues, the single bed felt like sleeping on a kid's bed, further diminishing the quality of my stay. Moreover, considering the numerous problems and the subpar state of the room, I found the overall cost of the stay to be unreasonably overpriced. Given these multiple concerns, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this hotel to anyone!!!

A little tricky to find as no signage or property number on the outside of building. Bed was pretty hard

Self check-in and out was available, which was good for the people arriving at the late night. The room was spaceful and cozy. There was refrigerator inside. The location is near Vatican city.

There was a problem during self check-in, so we should have waited for about 40 min outside. But it was not hotel's problem and the staff helped well. They didn't change to fresh towel during 4 nights stay. Every evening when we enter the room after room cleaning, we could smell some cigarettes. We had to open the window every day to ventilate.

Es war leider die Heizung ausgefallen und war sehr kalt an dem Raum.

Apartment was very clean, and ready on time. It is also very close to the Metro. The reception staff were very helpful with directions, and friendly. The only minus is that the reception is not staffed 24/7 because its an AirBnB. I arrived around 8:50 AM, and luckily the staff arrived at 9.
