This is a great beach house in a great location. Everything was clean and plenty of bedrooms for multiple guests. The owners communication was great and responsive as well. Recommend!

We had a nice stay, close to the beach and we enjoyed having the front porch.

Great Location. Owner was responsive and accommodating- adorable ocean block cottage. Loved being in close proximity to the boardwalk and midtown.

They say first impressions are everything, not always. When we arrived the downstairs was freezing and the upstairs was hot. I reached out to the owner to let her know that the upstairs air conditioning was not working. She and her daughter leapt into action. They put in a window AC unit to get us through the night and had a repairman come first thing the next morning. Long story short, the AC was working within 24 ours. Kudos to her ! The rest of our stay was awesome. Filled with beach time, great food, mini golf and a ton of sun. Loved our stay !

Great week riding bike, swimming in the ocean, bouncing in the waves. Perfect location.

We came for National Dance competition for our daughters and the cottage was great! We could walk close by for food and the beach. The cottage itself has everything you need. It is comfortable and a perfect home away from home. Off street parking was great as well. We did purchase a linen package that was convenient. The outdoor shower was great for post beach rinse offs.

Came in town to celebrate my 50th with friends and family. The house is clean, updated and the host were very welcoming. 5stars all around. Definitely recommended.

My family really enjoyed our stay here. The cottage was clean and bright, just like advertised, and you can’t beat the location. Restaurants galore, shops and fun things to do for the kids. The best thing about the Cottage is the ocean and beach just down the block (literally a 2 min walk) and because it was so close there was no need to carry a lot of items whenever we went. The Boardwalk was just a short 5 min drive down the road and we never had any issues with parking when we got there. We definitely recommend the Cottage for anyone looking to stay in OC.

House is super close to the beach. Has a great deck for eatting dinner outside. Communication with the owner was great and very accommodating. Would recommend!

The cottage is a lovely, well appointed property. The host is communicative and very kind. Rooms are large and comfortable. Street noise can be a little bit much at times (especially at night). Overall, a great place to stay.

An excellent little September escape to OCMD, this beach cottage is perfect for families looking to relax or a group of friends or couples looking to enjoy a fun weekend. The kitchen was small, but who needs a big cooking crew at the beach? There was a nice, big table for gathering and playing games. The parking was right beside the cottage, which was nice. The house was clean, although we did encounter some ants in the kitchen area, but the owner quickly addressed the issue. We would definitely return for another trip!

Check in was seem less, tons of space to spread out, loved the front porch.

This overall was one of my most memorable beach vacations I have had. We came with 3other couples and we all had a great time! Location to the beach & also restaurants & stores nearby were great! I would definitely recommend this property to rent to anyone and look to hopefully come back soon!

Christina was a fabulous host! She answered all of our questions prior to our stay, as well as answering any questions we may have had upon check-in. The house was clean upon arrival and perfect for our family summer vacation! The house was in great proximity to the beach!! I definitely recommend staying at this wonderful property in OCMD! :)

We had a great time in OCMD staying at the cottage. It was clean and conveniently located. On the beach block and near a bunch of shopping, bars, and restaurants! Highly recommend!

Great for what we needed. Some miscommunication with the host, but seemed to be resolved.

The location of Christina's property was amazing! Super easy to get to everything that you need to get to. Nice short walk to the beach made dragging all of our stuff down there easy, especially with the sidewalk that goes until you get to the dunes. We had some last minute family members decide to join us and unfortunately it put us over the capacity limit. Christina was very understanding and easy to get ahold of to handle and manage the change. There was also enough free street parking to allow the extra cars to stay in the same area. No major problems (that I would consider) with the unit itself, there were some ants in the kitchen and the upstairs king bedroom (has a door to a deck) but they were very minor and not completely unexpected being so close to the dunes. House was neat and clean and even with the shop below very quiet upstairs, except for the loud muscle cars on the street due to the car show that weekend. We were even able to check in an hour and a half early, which was nice. The one downside is the bedroom that is listed with 2 queens actually has 2 full size beds in it. Thankfully it wasn't an issue with the group we had with us. 10/10 would recommend and go again.

This was a great property for 6 adults who were running a surf contest nearby. It was really clean, comfy and in a perfect location to walk to everything you needed. Highly recommend this rental.

I didn't like that i had to pay for linen 175 dollars so the next time i will bring my on yeah next time and there was no trash bags and living room set needs up graded.
