Pretty good location to get to soi 6, 7,8, bukkuae and 3rd Road and the Sauna, swimming pool I used frequently a short walk from the hotel. Room was comfortable and cleaned every day. A shout out to the receptionist Amy. Very helpful, she was from Manchester, but is half Thai so useful and had good local knowledge and sorted me a Taxi for my Airport Hotel.

This hotel is Indian owned, so has a lot of Indian guests. The main problem I encountered with this is their general lack of spacial awareness. Blocking a lift and trying to get in it while I am trying to get out with my suitcase and standing in the entrance to the hotel blocking guests entrance and exit. Also they left the swimming pool in a state. Towels and garments living around the seating area along with spirit bottles. I was on a no smoking floor, but guests were smoking in their rooms. The noise from outside the hotel, was at times problematic. There's a Buddhist temple next door, so chanting 6 until 8 in the morning, drum banging 11 to 12. Stray dogs are living round the hotel so they will bark, whenever they fancy. I think the windows are not very sound proof, which is a shame because the noise from within the hotel is good unless someone rings the door bell in the room next door. Also you get traffic noise from motorbikes probably unsilenced. There are beggars living very close to the hotel, who are friendly and not intimidating. Finally the price I paid was well above the monthly rate of 18000 baht, which went up to 19000 baht towards the end of my time in Pattaya. 50 % discount based on me booking my flight with Booking.com, but I can get it cheaper just turning up. This seems to be a common theme in Thailand. Find your price on the likes of Booking.com then go directly to the hotel to see what price they will offer you.
