Our room was great - big bed, big TV, big shower & big jacuzzi bath! We loved the arcade machine and the lovely touches like robes and petals on our bed.

The air conditioning was a little noisy and the floor was a bit creaky

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Beautiful apartment with all the lovely touches to make it a perfect stay. They even brought us a sandwich from the restaurant.

The only thing I can think of is that there was no airconditioning in the living room available (in the bedrooms there is). But still a 10/10 for us!

Excellent staff; free upgrade to room with a spa and staff member willing to turn the equipment off (including a noisy fridge) when we asked so that our night wouldn’t be disturbed.

Bed slightly too firm but realise this is personal preference.

Very friendly staff. The place looks better in reality than in pictures, very spacious and comfortable. I recommend for a romantic get away. Stayed in for dinner as the place is very comfortable.

Very friendly and practical welcome to receive the keys. Very well equipped room and bathroom and everything is very clean, new and in excellent condition.

3rd floor room on back side has no view and is quite dark, only 1 window looking at the back of a building, no balcony. There is no lift, so you have to carry luggage via the stairs to 3rd floor. The ceiling on 3rd floor is rather low, making it feel much smaller. Location was less central than expected and at least 15 min walk to old city. There was no breakfast service available (closed due to pandemic) and no cafés nearby. It is not a hotel and also not an apart-hotel, as we had no kitchen facility for example. It feels more as a good AirBnB apt. Overall very good quality, but a bit overpriced, especially beause you can stay in old-city 4 start hotels at lower rates!

These beautifully designed apartments are wonderful. Lots of effort has clearly gone into the design. Everything we needed. Franck the host was so helpful and welcoming.

Beautiful property furnished to a high standard. Lots of little surprises and immaculately clean. Close to Eurostar and mainline stations. Within 10 minute walk of centre of Lille.

Late check-in 5-9pm if you arrive earlier by train although owner did bring forward to 4pm.
