They offer sooo much. Very nice breakfast + free water + free coffe/tea & banana all day. The family is super kind, thank your for all the help! Scooter rental also fair priced especially if you go for more than 3 days.

It is not much to do around, we mostly ordered food on gojek. But if you go around by scooter this will be no problem.

The staff were excellent. They were very helpful. They organised scooters aswell as transport for an excellent price compared to local drivers. Breakfast was good.

This guest house is noticibly cleaner than your average hotel. It may very well be the cleanest place I've ever checked into. The bed was comfy and the pillows were a great height for sleeping. The view into the courtyard is sweet. There was hot water in the shower and free filtered water to drink. The staff are very, very kind and helpful. The free breakfast was a nice touch. They really go out of their way to provide what guests may need far from home.

The location is hard unless you have your own transportation. It's far from Sengiggi beach. The guest house is also across the street from an all night karyoke place with loud speakers and bad singers. The Wi-Fi was not strong enough in my room for me to get Wi-Fi inside my room, and with the late night noise it did not feel comfortable for me to use my laptop on the veranda where the WiFi was much better. They also ask that you not have any food in your room. That would have been fine for me, however other guests were smoking inside the small dining area where the guest fridge and water are located, as well as the free breakfast. So I ate standing up outside, which was not easy or fun to do. I wish the property were non smoking.

Best guesthouse I have stayed in while travelling Asia. Staff very helpful and kind, I had many chats with them in the evening sharing different story’s. Breakfast was amazing and great choice also had snacks free to eat on the evening which were delicious with a beer. Ray made us feel at home while we stayed as well as looking after our transports and day trip. In the end we extend our stay 2 more nights.

we just loved our stay! Rei and the whole team were the nicest people ever! the location was really nice, close to the beach and just a short distance to the center. the team is willing to give the best tips for any trips around the area, scooter renting is possible and the breakfast is really nice. we will come back!

Rei was a wonderful host and we loved out short stay here. You can see why Whiterose has so many long term, returning guests. The breakfast was great. The room was spacious and comfortable, good aircon and hot water. We enjoyed playing chess with Jaya (and losing!) And the other staff members, Abdul and Made were also lovely. Whiterose offers packages to tour the island and we enjoyed our day trip which Rei tailored for us. Rei has a beautiful family and we were made to feel part of this and very welcome. We will be back! Ask Whiterose about pick up and drop off services before you book with anyone at the port.

There are some karaoke places nearby which are quite noisy, something to be aware of but it didn't spoil our stay

The staff let themselves down at check out insisting we took a beer out of the fridge and asking for the money when it wasn’t us. The three young men swarmed around my wife insisting she paid. So keep an eye on your receipt. This put a shame on an otherwise good stay. Having had items stolen in other hotels I don’t like how the homestay insist you keep the room key in the property when your out during the day whilst the staff go in your room.

We arrived at whiterose guesthouse and we immediately felt at home. The staff is amazing. Everyone was so kind. Tante cooked the most amazing meals. The owner took us on a trip to see some beautiful places in the area. They also provided transport. We could rent a motorbike en the owner even took us to our next stay. Clean rooms, comfortabel beds and a lovely breakfast each morning. Best stay so far in Indonesia!

Really liked this place! Good wifi, comfortable rooms, nice common areas including an outdoor seating area and a guest kitchen. The staff were all really friendly and I liked that there were cold drinks including beers available for guests to buy with an honour system .

It would have been nice if there were better vegan breakfast, although the staff did really try! Addition of bread that doesn't contain milk for toast and some non-dairy milk option for cereal and coffee would help loads :)

It is very clean, the staff was really nice and helpful. The location is convenient. The garden is beautiful. The kitchen is great. I highly recommend!

The smell in the bathroom, but still bearable

The staff is so wonderful!! Ray with family and staff made us feel like one in the family! Clean, comfortable, nice room. Breakfast was supergood! We did the waterfall tour with them that was so nice and you really got to see the island. Doing the laundry is available and cheap. Overall we felt like princesses with them always being there and helping with everything we wished for.

It’s a little bit far from things, but rent a scooter and you’ll be fine :)

The staff is super friendly and help you with everything! The breakfast was also perfect! There is a lovely garden where you can sit and listen to the birds :) You can rent scooters by the guesthouse what is handy because there is not so much to do around. The rooms are not so big, but have a really good bed and a shower with hot water.

Room was smaller than anticipated from photos, water pressure was bad and very intermittent, had to remind staff multiple times everyday to reset water pressure, very inconvenient

Very warm and welcoming family and staff that will make you feel at home They will help you to organize tours / excursions / transportation for a honest price without having to negotiate The breakfast area is a nice place to work during the day with AC They have some really nice common areas where you can chill All the other travelers we met over there were really friendly, somehow everybody tends to come back later, so did we! They literally will help you with everything, they helped to fix my broken hammock which I'm so happy with! The garden is full of little nice birds which make cheerful sounds in the morning We also had lunch and diner there a couple of times and this also was delicious!

Room was quiet and comfortable. We had a wonderful stay at white rose. Rei and his family made us feel welcome. If you need fair price tour like rinjani trekking, waterfalls, or Kuta beach tour you should definitely book it at white rose. Rei will give you fair price. If your into trying local food, Rei and his wife knows the best spot. Probably the highlight of our trip. Don’t forget to say hi to Eloise, she is the cutest! Didn’t have photos of the property but I do have some photos of our tours. Kuta tour, waterfall tour, rinjani trekking, and food tour.

Rei, Icha and baby Eloise were so incredibly warm and welcoming. They went above and beyond to help me sort out my phone and prepare for the next leg of my journey. The White rose guest house was recommended to me by a friend who stayed in August. It was well worth the visit and I would encourage anyone to stay here and soak up the family atmosphere it provides. The rooms are comfortable and I slept really well. The kitchen includes free tea and coffee and I enjoyed having a fridge to make my own supper. The staff, including a lovely man named Abdel, are wonderful. They will help you with anything - such as some toast to take away on my transfer with me this morning. I was here just one day and one night but will be back. What a find! Thank you for having me.

We loved our stay at this guesthouse; it was by far the best homestay accommodation we had in Indonesia. The owners and the staff are really helpful, cleaning of the room is made every day; change of sheets and towels at 3 days; really comfortable bed and good aircon; they provide service of laundry , scooter rentals and also organize trips with private driver on the island. Breakfast was great every day and also is a shared kitchen where you had fruits, juices, coffee, water at all time complimentary from the house. The garden is really beautiful and is a great space to stay in the evening and socialize. In order to move around from the location is necessary however a scooter or taxi, since there are about 5 km to Senggigi or to Mataram; The beach that is close by is not very nice, so is better to go in Senggigi. There are restaurants and shops at maximum 5 minutes walk distance to the property. We considered it to be a great value for the services they provided.
